jA51: unless someone wants to take out a private action, any lawsuit at Anguish would presumably come from the operating company, AEWB3. Which is currently in the hands of Law Debenture. I don’t see them or the lenders sanctioning the spending of their lent funds in this way, do you? Placement complete? Is that a reference to this shill’s work experience here in a PR function? I doubt he’ll get another one after this.

Dear me...Page 83 here we come. I'm sure the Church of England had a similar guarantee from Wonga when they lent them that money as well! No one apart from cantrememberthis2 AKA multiple ids cuddothisnow/Brixton is worried about legal action "Moron".

uclot - you have gone up a notch in my estimation ... that puts you on notch 1 .... jtisdaly - you haven't learnt or the worry and bitterness has clouded your already aged mind..... "think that business is conducted between gentleman on a friendly basis. It isn’t," "trussed and stuffed" ? are you accusing mercuria of something? Their code of conduct is very clear "We conduct all of our business with integrity " "Mercuria's brand and reputation are very valuable to our company" ....wow.... good luck ...... i'm off to enjoy my weekend , while jtisadly reflects on what he has suggested ... and then posts a prompt retraction and clarification...if he has any sense .....

I see the ridiculous censorship continues over on the other side. most of today's posts disappeared! No matter I have screenshots if you need them CQ. You got caught out there didn't you cantrememberthis2 AKA multiple id cuddothisnow/Brixton. Now is it Admin who pulls it, or can posters manipulate a whole thread being pulled by reporting?

JA51: your points about the late filing of accounts all round at the Poundland companies are well made. Risible, isn’t it? Re AAOG, they’re de-listed now, aren’t they? In any case, the lending agreement is with Anguish, with SEL as guarantor (what a laugh this is - £90,000 of dubious net assets at its parent at the last count, zero information on SEL itself since many months before it acted as conduit for His Lordship to punt all the shareholders’ assets, and a good deal more, on Poundland). So the lenders would have to agree any participation by AAOG. Those Titanic deckchairs will have to remain where they were left. I’ve referred to these shills as Laurel and Hardy. That’s about the level. The latter weren’t very funny and neither are these two. Just irritating. They have zero knowledge about this horlicks or about company valuation, and they use the anonymity offered by these sites merely to be rude to their betters. This latest ploy should see one of them suspended on the other site - until he comes up with another ID. If not, the site is arguably complicit. If His Lordship does watch these sites, he may be regarded as complicit if he doesn’t offer a rebuttal/denial of the shill’s post. Just one more embarrassing episode in a very humiliating 30-month tenure as interim MD, and counting. Re Mercuria, yes, they had them over a barrel and the result was inevitable. After 15 months wandering about looking for the loan that he said he turned down from a bank in March last year or thereabouts, it was the best His Lordship could do. Don’t forget, by the way, it’s not just 12%. It’s LIBOR+12%. Interest rates are likely to rise before they can repay it. Assuming they last that long, which I deem pretty unlikely. This shill seems to think that business is conducted between gentleman on a friendly basis. It isn’t, as he’d know if he had any experience of it. His Lordship, and therefore the shareholders, have been nicely trussed and stuffed. All entirely ethical and lawful, it’s what happens when you’re over a barrel. Only these shills and the mug punters they prey on don’t know it.

Indeed it is... and "inventing" positive email information to sway market sentiment in your favour - as I'm sure you already know - is a serious criminal offence & prosecutable under UK law. CQ ;-)

JA51, as I am sure you know, don't waste your breath. It's just a small-time wannabe hustler trying to rope a dope gormless mugs, including via his backwater Twitter share tips site. (Gee, you think he maybe just maybe has a purely self-serving agenda?) Same old, same old... honestly, back in the day one used to get a far more clever flavour of ramper. I'll admit that I can find myself almost grudgingly admiring a well-crafted, sophisticated and adroitly run hustle... but today's crop of Team Rampathon are just depressingly transparent, blatantly obvious and boringly facile.

cantrememberthis2 If you are that bored try doing some research!.... You could look into market manipulation rules after your total BS email from GL earlier.......Or have a look at Saltfleetby Energy ltd or Forum Energy Services or Angus energy weald basin number 3 accounts!......... You may wonder why they are all late......A couple of years in SEL's case. Strange that the sole director of SEL and Forum being an accountant wouldn't have filed them isnt it? Especially as they would have been prepared for the more than 40 prospective companies who turned down the "jewel in the crown" opportunity! Maybe have a look at AAOG and find out what Mr. F is up to over there! Are they taking 25% of Saltfleetby?.... It's just rearranging the deckchairs as he is in controls the 3 companies now but that Tax break must look attractive now he has shafted all those AAOG shareholders! After all, you have told us you hold a big position, surely you want all the information you can get

Despite Lucan & the cheerleaders determined attempts at deflection... the current share price and all-time low Market sentiment is down to the following IMHO: 1) The fact that the "supposedly" interim MD is still in post with zero oil & gas experience. 2) Missed deadline for Saltfleetby (aka PoundLand) delivery back in 2020... now moved back to 2022. 3) Decimated prior promise to deliver Saltfleetby to first gas for no further cost - when it has now cost a further £12 Million and counting. 4) Refusal to march Tidswell out of the back door, for good, after the share scandal he was involved in which damaged the company reputation and that of the BOD. 5) Appointment of Lord ClanWilliam despite his chequered history & involvement in a number of companies investigated by the FCA, culminating in NMC which is still on-going. Let's not forget he was appointed head of audit there - yet didn't have any qualifications for the role as it turned out!!! The current share price is dictated by The Market. No comment or criticism by "stale bulls" - as Lucan likes to call his long-suffering shareholders - makes a jot of difference. The reason sentiment and company value is so low is entirely down to failure to deliver and dubious management decisions taken to date "UNDER THIS CURRENT BOD" IMHO. CQ ;-)

I see Ocebot (over on channel B) is "happy" with his investment. presumably he's happy with his investment in U-Dog too? He can certainly pick them! Both have shed value quicker than many other AIM companies combined. If Ocebot tells you he has a great investment tip... just remember his tips for Anguish & U-Dog!!! Unless you're shorting (which P.I's will struggle to do anyway) then you have been well and truly bled dry by both companies to date. CQ ;-)

Go on, cantrememberthis/cuddothisnow... promote your backwater Twitter share tipster page again. That's bound to convince everyone you're genuine. Or if you're feeling feisty, why not pretend you've had an email direct from George, full of previously undisclosed positive information? That'll never backfire on you either... (Oh... wait...)
