As my table showsOut of 15 Stocks who have completed placingsAngus Energy have conducted the 3rd least dilutive percentage wise and joint second lowest value.Big IF, IF gas prices in March April and May remain above 120p that will be huge revenue more than making up for the salaries placement.Forgetting Lidsey that's just make believe, I'll add another year to that aspiration of Q1 2022. I've read it as they will complete regulatory paperwork by end of Q2 2022 since Lucan is rubbish at giving honest dates.Again dilution isn't as bad as the other 13 stocks !!!Https://twitter.com/zopelyforver/status/1467264229124280322

1347: Well yes, the CPR. I don’t know about those maps in it but the rest, based on largely unchecked data supplied by Anguish, is hardly worth the paper it’s written on, in my view. We’ll know more in mid-March though, presumably. We don’t know the full terms of the Debenture, even now.

gaffer: if they haven’t given written approval of the latest share issue, the terms on which Knowe can convert their loan into Anguish shares will change, very much to Knowe’s advantage (assuming there’s something to convert into, but that’s another matter). It also means that when Knowe convert, there will be a larger number of shares in issue than would otherwise have been the case.

1347: he’s now saying that Lucan is as rich as Croesus and that he has a seat in the House of Lords! No person with as little as one GCSE would risk the humiliation this display of ignorance would engender, surely? Why does he keep posting this rubbish? The other site has given itself up to him and his ilk, thanks to the venality/stupidity of the admin people there. I’ve filtered him, but occasionally view a post to see if he’s got any better. He hasn’t, he’s getting stupider and stupider. It’s all complete invention, couched in barely comprehensible English. He wasn’t at Cambridge, was he?

COPL raised 8m through a bookbuild and received 7.5m net. So on that basis Angus should get 700k.

“Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.”

― Mark Twain

"For myself, £750k is neither here nor there in the grand scheme of things, because Saltfleetby is valued on a different plane from this (and Lidsey appears to be progressing most encouragingly, too).

GL and ANGS management have my confidence, if they consider it is the appropriate time to raise £750k then I accept their decision."

- The ocebot

I have for some time regarded many Brits as bottom lickers and back stabbers and often quite stupid, ocebot is a prime example, there are quite a few others. I see for instance the multi-id clown who repeatedly posted rumours of buyouts, taken from this Lady of Aim Twitter account in the days before a discounted placing, is back ramping, it's been flagged.

"Yes, gaffer, this has been the subject of earlier comment. Knowe would have been very ill-advised to grant written approval for this issue, wouldn't they? What are the chances, do you think?" I don't know, they aren't losing anything by agreeing to it. If they have a good working arrangement, which they obviously do from the extension, why not. Who knows maybe the two were agreed weeks ago and the extra shares were part of the deal.

Cudswallop, It’s no good your coming on here telling us you predicted this placing and spouting all this other bs while at the same time you’re on the other site criticising the people on here who did actually predict what was going to happen, and why, and when. It’s also no good saying the price of this crock would be 2p if the informed, intelligent posters who actually do a bit of research (and whom you variously describe as “shorters, haters, nimbys, derampers” etc.) had not been critical of it. The company itself has just proved why the price is where it is.

The other site is largely a waste of space now, thanks to the likes of you and with the honourable exception of HITS, WG818 and nomlungu, who continue stoically to fly the flag of good research and common sense. They and the research-based posters here were not brought up in an age of “alternative facts”. There is, as far as research is concerned, fact and fiction. You may interpret the facts differently. You may not invent fictions and pass them off as facts. Nor may you pretend that you’ve been saying one thing when the record shows you've been saying another. So go away, read some books on investment and kindly don’t come back on here until you understand the basics.

This placing was essential as they were running out of cash. The Saltfleeby funding is STRICTLY in pursuit of that project and debt shared between Angus Energy and the owner of SEL (1x man band if I recall). So we have been anticipating an equity event.Everyone needs to remind themselves; This is AIM and dirty brokers and some placement individuals sold around 40m of the 115.4m in my opinion as we never could break and sustain 1p. So these funding activities don't take place overnight. It's been going on for months IMO.This isn't a savings account this is high risk and high reward.I have not traded or sold a single share to date. Also, there was no further future dilution via warrants (a good thing).Unlike other placements, like WRES down 15% below it's November placement I'm hopeful of a HZM and OXB placement reaction... Propelling and breaking 1p properly. If you are surprised of dilutions well clearly you don't understand the AIM market. It's primary purpose to extract capital cash from markets and the shares are an advertising shop for many.I suspect Lucan had his hands tied by certain institutions wanting this steep discount from 1p because of no warrants. So it's cancelled that type of capital injection anyway. Also there was nothing stopping him providing an open offer since many of us would have taken it up. However the risk is people may have not stumped up.I don't believe this placing was massive, £750k vs. £800k, so £50K less and 7.6m less shares extra too.First GasLidsey (littered with issues) but again IGas next door? All in all, this was essential.Rather it out the way and done. Can see many upset, I'm sanguine. As for long term holders your all shafted that's the markets and it's time to swallow the acceptance pill.Any long term holders need to consider their own position.Only a fool sells now, as they have £700K+ in the bank and new or old institutions in the game some more.
