Bounce OnWe should bounce and close in the blue tomorrow.Oversold.2m buys vs. 8.4m sells roughlyDJIA in US up move overnight too.Needs 6m buys to clear overhang if there was No Institutional Buyer mopping up those sells.Good luck panic sellers.I recall Forrest buying at these levels.I shall be buying sub 0.70p if given opportunity.Massively oversold, over reaction and fear driven.Each to their own.My average is considerably lower than many here but I feel your pain.Conviction hold for me.

What do you mean, the management misleads investors? When has it done that? The Boards of quoted companies don’t mislead investors, do they? Their Nomad wouldn't allow that, would they? It didn’t say anything in the RNS about them not being able to use the loan money to pay their salaries. I’ll take the word of the MD, not a lot of internet experts dissing the company I’ve got shares in so they can make money shorting it. And Malcy says it’s looking good. And they’re making good progress with Saltfleetby, it’s just going to be a bit later than they thought. You can’t blame them for that, with gas prices going up and the virus, can you? I’d like to see someone on here do any better. What?

Gaffer, if there is a placing, it will be to generate funds to cover any and all non-Poundland related costs (inc salaries etc). Part of the conditions attached to the £12m loan is that it can only be expended on directly Poundland related kit and activities, nothing else. Presumably you were aware of that?

Gaffer73... Either you are inexperienced or delusional... which is it? AIM company's "pump" to get the placing price up e.g: Paid Malcy posts / Twitter rumours / progress pics etc... then those in the know "dump" just before the RNS lands... which is usually on a Friday, so the hostility from shareholders has time to dissipate a little over the weekend, and allows time for the CEO to compose his: "No... HONESTLY... this is great news for shareholders" speech. AIM at it's most predicable worst! CQ ;-)

cudswallop: please do yourself a favour and reconsider your post about what you’ll do if the share price opens under 0.70p. Ocelot appears to be in the process of chucking her hand in, what? This share price movement today is rather extreme, even for a situation where people suddenly decide a placing may be imminent. If it’s a placing that explains it, it must be going to be a big one. The alternative explanation is worse.

And we need a TR1 or notification. Could be end of year liquidation from a distressed seller. Matters not. Just going to potentially review. And actually will probably buy sub 0.70p tomorrow. First Gas sub 0.70p sod it, I shall be buying!

Seems an institutional seller has been selling for many months and its amplified with these large sells.... today was an acceleration day right to the close.

gaffer: if you’re referring to me, I think you’ll find I haven’t speculated on their pushing the price down in advance of a placing, nor commented on it! Are you really so inexperienced that you think a company’s management would comment in advance on its plans for a placing? The remaining tranche of the Debenture funds is available for spending on Poundland. Not for Anguish’s board expenses etc. Law Debenture signs the cheques, these boys can’t finesse it.

I see we're back on the discount placing theme again. You two are hilarious, price goes down - discount placing, price goes up - raising price for placing, price goes down - discount placing. Pity the company hasn't mentioned any placing and the drawdown is still available.

JT, Maybe... just maybe, the ones who are currently selling, are the ones who have already agreed to fund at the new placing level, so they swap out pricier shares for cheaper ones + some bonus warrants too - I expect. Friday is always a good day for an AIM discount placing don't you think? CQ ;-)
