01/12/2021 09:34 | The bid/ask seems to have gone to 70-75. They’d better get that issue away soon, what? | jtidsbadly
01/12/2021 09:29 | Need the sellers flushed outShorters running out of time | davemarn
01/12/2021 09:28 | I wonder if EchD / 3Put / Solo4 / DaveM and his other multiple ID Monikers can muster together yet another "TOP UP" amongst themselves? Their previous top ups have proven to be VERY COSTLY so far. Maybe Mr Multiple ID is going to take part in the next placing instead to help average down? CQ ;-) | clottedq
01/12/2021 09:23 | You negative posters are doing nothing positive | davemarn
01/12/2021 09:22 | 1347: I’m lost for words. Fortunately, skyfarmer on the other site isn’t. This is his post just now: “Two RNSs in two days, are things finally starting to happen here? GLA” Priceless. It’s not that you couldn’t make it up, it’s more that if you did, it wouldn’t be be nearly as good, would it? | jtidsbadly
01/12/2021 09:20 | Dear George: When's the discount placing going to be announced and for how much? Until this happens - (or you categorically dismiss it!)- the share price will continue to re-trace in anticipation of "just how discounted" it will be IMHO! CQ ;-) | clottedq
01/12/2021 09:20 | Campaign of negative posting helps coz they are bastanjk | davemarn
01/12/2021 09:17 | Short sellers push here to get the hell out.Mid December for Permit application outcome.First gas still on for Q1 2022 In my opinion based on RNSs. | davemarn
01/12/2021 09:13 | gaffer: it would surely be beyond even Anguish’s incompetence or misfortune level to be further from production than they were 6, 12 or 18 months ago, though their successive timetables all suggested a reasonably similar timeline in months to first gas. At some point, even Anguish will get to first gas, yes, but who will own the asset and on what terms at that stage is a moot point. There’s a deadline in place in June. If they miss it, one of three things may happen: 1. they may be taken over without compensation to equity holders. 2. They may raise enough money in the equity market to pay the debenture instalments 3. The Debenture holders may impose on Anguish a completely different deal. It’s no good assuming they can go on and on missing deadlines. They were given plenty of time in excess of their first gas prediction at the time of the first drawdown of the Debenture funds. If you're a shareholder, you might want to ask “WHAT HAS THE BOARD BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST FIVE MONTHS?” | jtidsbadly
01/12/2021 09:09 | A huge push down.... | davemarn
01/12/2021 09:03 | Here we go. | davemarn
01/12/2021 09:03 | jtisadly - you only have negative supposition ..... and you seem very panicky this morning ... desperate to find any negatives..all supposition of course.... ask nurse for the crayons ...do some colouring in ...calm down ...now run along ... | sincero1
01/12/2021 08:59 | Maybe so, but this is obviously the closest to first gas they have been so at some point the schedule will be right. | gaffer73
01/12/2021 08:56 | 1347: I missed the dates too. These RNS’s are not cheap, as I understand it. Take it out of the culprit’s 2021 bonus is my advice. gaffer: nevertheless, they said this work would be done last July. | jtidsbadly
01/12/2021 08:54 | No, not good enough for an uplift and no buyers yet. | gaffer73
01/12/2021 08:54 | gaffer: if they don’t get a decent supply of gas before June, and in the absence of a very large equity raising, Anguish will be vulnerable to the Debenture holders’ exercising their charges, and a possible liquidation. There’s no telling whether they’d exercise their rights in this way. The amount of new money they'd have to raise to pay the Debenture interest and repayment instalment would probably mean close to a doubling in the number of shares outstanding, depending on the share price at the time. Who knows what the price would be? It would depend on the reasons for the low gas flow, I should think. The short paragraph very low down in both RNS’s contains a warning you need to read. | jtidsbadly
01/12/2021 08:52 | Looks like the Brokers aren't pricing this higher. They've weighed up the RNS and recently updated Q and As.We await the EA permit.Apathetic markets and all that. | davemarn
01/12/2021 08:46 | "Incidentally the civil engineering works are relatively minor, as the site already benefits from good foundations, hardcore, a geotextile membrane and thorough ground investigations from previous piling operations. However work could not be commenced until each of the fabricators had finalised dimensions of each skid. We have ample time to complete these works." Civil works shouldn't be an issue going off this response. | gaffer73
01/12/2021 08:39 | the smell of urine, slippers and cardigans is strong on this board this morning i guess from all the negative supposition posted into the late hours by our resident dads army of nobodies ...... i point and laugh at you all..... interesting new questions on the Q&A i see this morning ... no.2 in particular .... brown trousers on standby ..... | sincero1
01/12/2021 07:50 | So here's a little quiz to lighten the mood. If first gas is achieved by say next June, what do people think the share price will be given the P90 NPV10 is £25m. Try and offer some reasoning | gaffer73
01/12/2021 07:15 | Don't forget | solo4yous
01/12/2021 07:10 | Must have missed this yesterday in all the other noise, check the dates again: 1) Elster-Honeywell Metering and Analysis skid in early December 2020 2) Condensate and water storage tanks in early January 2021 3) Site power gas fired Caterpillar generator from mid January 2021 4) First Service Compressor and Caterpillar engine in late January/early February 2021 5) Electrical/control housing units 2nd to 3rd week February 2021 6) Gas process plant elements commencing mid February 2021 7) Second Service Compressor and Caterpillar engine in March 2021 - this is for additional flow arising from the sidetrack itself scheduled for April/May 2021 They've just cut and paste last years plan haven't they? You just couldn't make this degree of sloppy work up. How can anyone, no matter how deluded, have any confidence in these clowns? | 1347
