18/11/2021 14:45 | Christmas is FAST approaching, George, and along with shifting time-lines you still have the Multiple-ID-Moron spamming daily and making Angus look even more like a lost cause. All shareholders want for Christmas is a restraining order and the first ever deadline to be met... ... Is that REALLY asking too much? CQ ;-) | clottedq

18/11/2021 14:17 | Chick. Zero chance of the "Moron" debating! He would be ripped to shreds and knows it. Instead, as all can see he comments on the crowd, not the main event | ja51oiler
18/11/2021 14:03 | I'm sorry to post this again but I did promise I would when the spamming started! Only I forgot to list all the bunding works on the 30 concrete pads...and the flare...and the two lorry HGV loading stations that will need to be bunded also! Best put another month on the below.....I'm sure I can think of a few more things as well! let's be realistic here. Best case scenario is the plant and contractors have come on site after finishing off the last 100/150 MTRS of the pipeline at Threadneedlethorpe. They have dug the bank back to extend the site. If they can lay the footings for the pipe rack without having to bring the newly exposed ground up to EA speck (I would be surprised if they could as liquid will be running through the 2/3 KM of pipes) that's still a week or two's work. They then have to fit the pipe and racks electrical cables and alike. At least a month. Then they have 30 concrete slabs slabs to lay. Say a day each being generous. Then installing and commissioning all the equipment. let's say 2 weeks again being generous. But then you have to allow for the sidetrack due to start on Jan the 5th Six weeks minimum by the companies own admission. Anyone who has looked at the equipment they bring on to do a sidetrack will realise they can't do both together, Possibly with the exception of welding the pipework if it's in place. Unlikely to be allowed when drilling for gas though. That takes us to around the middle of April on a best-case scenario! Just to confirm the planning permission for the sidetrack won't be valid with the plant in position as per the CPR drawing. The Planning Permission for the site extension also bears no resemblance to that shown in the CPR also (watch this space on that) End of May to the middle of June for me and that's with it going ok. I expect lots of delays with the sidetrack however if they can even get it to flow of course! I have always said there is a reason the Hedge and loan repayment starts in July! | ja51oiler

18/11/2021 13:49 | chickbait - as you know i have said i won't engage with you as i worry for your mental state ...clearly damaged by the resident disingenuous old duffers... but on this one occasion i will just so you can, perhaps, begin a recovery. a debate should allow for opposing arguments ... the resident disingenuous old duffers only post negative supposition.. that is not a debate but the fact you think it is only confirms that you need help . i'm a shareholder nothing more , nothing less .i only post here under 1 profile . now begin the recovery... you're welcome. | sincero1
18/11/2021 13:48 | HITS: do lemmings fester? Poor little things, they have a hard enough life without that. | jtidsbadly
18/11/2021 13:48 | I've asked this before but does anyone know why they have to have a fancy part for the top of the rig that is causing all the delay (allegedly) when other O&G companies appear to be able to drill a well without this part all the way from the US of A? The only reason I could come with was to put a ferris wheel on and have rides to see the UKs latest working gas plant. It would also be useful to know what's happening with the Brockham EA permit, the Lidsey farm out, the Balcombe appeal and why we haven't seen a TR-1 from Knowe properties, considering the extra shares they got recently. Anyone? | 1347
18/11/2021 13:46 | ...and has the design firm finished the detailed design work yet? | jtidsbadly
18/11/2021 13:43 | JA51: you’re right, it’s January, or was, according to this, from the 11 August update: “However, the Company has now become aware that a lead time of 24 weeks for two highly bespoke elements of the production process equipment being the dew point control system (Joule Thomson skid) and condensate stabilisation unit is required as part of the production set up, indicating a delivery date in January, thus setting a new timeline for commissioning and First Gas during February 2022; it should be noted that detailed design of these items was dependant on completion of detailed design of the other equipment already procured on an integrated approach. The Company had planned on a 16-18 week lead time on these items, however due to the recent uptick in gas prices and activity, combined with COVID restrictions, have led to delays with a number of contractors.” In other words, just-in-time procurement, saving money. Give the project manager a coconut. | jtidsbadly
18/11/2021 13:39 | Sincero1. Can you for once talk about Angus energy instead of trying to deflect debate. | chickbait
18/11/2021 13:29 | resident old grey duffers in full supposition frenzy today ..all because of a couple of twitter pics ... ...calm down old dears.... | sincero1
18/11/2021 13:25 | JT Isn't it the second compressor package due in Feb? Well, that's going to be late now isn't it if they haven't finished the first one! Supposed to be on site on Monday wasn't it? | ja51oiler
18/11/2021 13:13 | JA51: they’re not expecting the Joule-Thomson valve until February, are they? That bit that goes on the top of the sidetrack is going to be late too. You wouldn’t want to be the person responsible for co-ordinating all this, would you? They should hire one of those women on Grand Designs for it. | jtidsbadly

18/11/2021 13:04 | JT The Aecom Sidetrack documentation makes it clear workovers on both the existing wells may be required if that's what you mean? I have a feeling that james2 and a couple of others over on the other side are the "Moron" as they share a couple of similar traits. God knows how many are a multi-ID man but most on here I think! I'm just going to keep posting my timeline now whenever the spamming starts! I'll tweek it as more info drops (probably to the right as you point out) | ja51oiler |
