Darmz - I'd be interested on your thoughts as to why you think this is a BOS M8?

Danny, that’s great news and just as I expected in terms of the council recommendation (decision previously made and this is just a variation). The fact that they have decided to air the application publicly (they didn’t need to) is also smart imo as it minimises the chance of an appeal etc

JT I've thought the deals around Poundland were dodgy all along. Right back with how FESL came to acquire them in the first place. If Russians are involved then it's always likely to be dodgy. Then later in come the Eaton set, well we know all about their ilk don't we? Then that later deal with FESL and Anguish Energy, a stich up really. A few did well, the majority of smaller shareholders did not. In fact they are still getting shafted on the deferred consideration, debt overhang, hedges and royalty.

1347: ever since the deal whereby Anguish acquired Paul Forrest’s interest in Poundland, I’ve wondered about the terms and why they seemed so one-sided. Cui bono?

JT It's not looking good is it and, even without the deferred consideration, there are interest payments, fees and royalties, which are all likely to be paid in ShareCoin. There are also over 1 billion options and warrants still outstanding, although all are underwater. However I wouldn't be at all surprised if Anguish didn't revalue them or just issue a shed more at even lower prices.

Oh, they never did update market on the Storage rainbow either, now more than one year following the MOU, so more misinformation, because they said they would have a study ready within one year. It seems to have gone the same way as the GeoThermal rainbow, i.e. quietly forgotten about.

1347: the compressor effect will be interesting. I agree with you though. A dwindling resource, huge debts, hedges to meet and no apparent source of cash, resulting in dilution after dilution. Add to that an understandably very shy Board of Directors and you have a recipe for further price slippage. And yes, I too expect Mr. Forrest to sell tranche after tranche of his new shares when the going is good. Maybe better make that quick, what?

Freudian slip since all their snouts are in the same trough? No, clearly not much in the piggy bank.

This is almost 13% share dilution at a price of 0.2337032 p. Forum held 8.49% of shares (375,415,473 shares) on 25th February 2025. With these latest share issues they should now hold 21.268% (940,454,077 shares) so it will be interesting to see if they sell down.

There will now be £1,887,000 Deferred Consideration left to pay, plus accrued interest, so likely to be one or two more payments to be made in confetti shares. Then there's the Royalties, then there's the Now You Can Borrow Enough to Get Completely Out of Debt Loan.

Just a question of which goes down the fastest, the share price of the gas flow rate.

1347: why does Paul Forrest refer to “we”? He’s a one man band. And it’s not a conversion, is it? He’s opted for shares at a discount. Angus hasn’t got the money to pay him in cash.

The concert party that controls Angus has further tightened its grip. Shareholders are essentially disenfranchised. All as predicted, particularly by 1347. Having said which, they had no choice. They’ve got no money and would have trouble raising more. The new compressor had better be good.
