Another morning when I kind of wish I had your broker Bumpa. Looked at CTEC RNS, dwelt on open price, resisted big spike. Ho hum.

Anyone going to the conference tomorrow? In my experience Bill never goes off piste so I don't think I will bother.

CNC super new contract. That's a serious takeover target imo. Wonderful chart too, looks like a breakout likely now

steady as we go chaps.
Let's fire up the Flotation plant, in series with the Agitation plant this month & get cracking on the stacked sulphide ore from Gedabek - that is next milestone in the plan.
A some point next month we'll get the first of the Gilar ore and then in January we should finally be back to where we were before before all this rumpus first blew up.
Then we'll have the cashflow necessary to start making notable progress at Demirli - today flagged as having a minimum 4-years at 6mt/yr & an intent to identify the first ready 12 months of that.

2025 we should be back firing on all cylinders ... just a couple more months to set that up.

Demirli is like giving a grade 2 listed mansion to an unemployed person - asset rich but cash poor.
Looks like a lot of work is required to sort out the current tailings dam or a replacement one.
Power and water needs to be provided although the equipment in situ looks to be ok. Hopefully the stuff that was removed is easily and cheaply replaced.

Yes it is a very nice asset but the board is being realistic at the outset. Would people want a really upbeat RNS and then further ones highlighting this problem and that problem month after month.

Bitcoins correlation with global liquidity. Could be another 15% - 20% to go in this move to catch up.

The RNS of 26 Sept referred to restricted access to Demirli, & so 6-7 weeks later we now have significant details & photos of the assets in the company's possession. Some seem to want a full breakdown of anticipated production & income therefrom within such a short timeframe.

Whilst we would all like the share price to be higher, & not everybody has the wherewithal to increase their stake, this is surely a great buying opportunity for those in the know, rather than merely a delayed opportunity to take a profit?

Only aaz could have a 2bn gift and rns it in a way that makes it sound dreadful. Still an awful lot to learn if this bods wants to bring in fresh investors imo. Even a novice could have spun this into a positive rns

The recent rise in gold was obviously driven by fear of war and would have been inevitable with a Kamala Harris presidency. Now Trump is taking over war (Middle East/ Ukraine) is less likely and gold could easily pullback to $2500 level. I still think $3000 is likely in the next 12 months.

Alternatively, gold (and silver) had been on a pretty strong bull run and despite the exuberance of metal fans, this wasn’t quite IT! The market had overpriced and this is an healthy correction. I’m pretty glad myself, as it allowed a bit of trading.

RB' I think it is called fear and greed being invested in the stock market. As far as I see it we are at the right place at the right time.
Thank you for your contribution here as you were present at the shareholders presentation and managed to speak to Steven.
He is a fully qualified person and knows his stuff. I am not in the least bit concerned.
ATB.
PS. Having run my own Co.in the past I was aware of the facts, that the Auditors have to be changed over a certain period of time.
A lot of investors are not aware of that fact.
They may think there is something wrong in the accounts etc.etc.
Hence the fall in the share price today.
A lot of investors are fickle.

""The Company is also conducting an initial benchmark environmental study, with a local provider currently being commissioned to carry out a more detailed benchmark and baseline study and an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ("ESIA"). ""

I suppose I can read into this statement that the baseline might be where a line in the sand is drawn,,,, these are the levels of contamination we inherited and are not liable for,,,, we will from this point on be measuring/testing to see if there are any increases to the baseline,,, which would be down to us etc etc...

so maybe it's all covered,,, which I suspect will hopefully be the case, as it would be crazy to take on an unlimited environmental issue and AAZ are too smart to be caught out like that...

Cheers
Wan :-)

Wan fair enough, but if you’re really concerned and you often state all in; then why not email and ask them :)

I’m just reading it as they are doing things step by step myself; which includes ensuring they have no further environmental issues.

thanx Rb,, it's really just the environmental element which concerns me, as that's potentially an unlimited liability for someone if it's a problem that must be sorted.... remediation can be very expensive and I'd hope when AAZ took on the site that they stated/agreed when doing so, that they cannot be on the hook for the previous operators environmental mistakes, leaks etc etc.. just didn't read like that in the rns... but, then I often, often, often get these things wrong... Cheers Wan :-)
