In other words, the Amendment to the Agreement makes the title of it less relevant, but there's no reason to suspect that the Amendment doesn't cover all the changes anticipated.

A bit of digging, that's just the name of the original agreement I believe:

"In 1997, the Azerbaijan State Company Azergyzyl and the US company R.V. Investment Group Services LLC signed an agreement on exploration, development and production sharing of promising gold deposits Gadabay, Gosha, the Ordubad group (Piyazbashy, Agyurd, Shakardarya, Kalaki), Seyudlu, Gizilbulag and Vejneli. 51% of the revenue from the gold and copper project Gadabay belongs to Azerbaijan. The project is led by Azerbaijan International Mining Operation Company, whose share is 49%. In turn, the company is owned by Anglo-Asian Mining registered in London and is at its full subsidization. Azerbaijan International Mining Operation Company provides all the necessary capital for the project."

I have been topping up in AAZ shares the last few days. It won't stay at this price for too long IMO.
The RNS will come after some telephone calls to the Government offices as someone forgot to add the new mines in the RAT !!

On June 21 the Cabinet of Ministers approved the guarantees and obligations of the government of Azerbaijan as set forth in clause 3.1 of the document "Amendment to the Agreement on Exploration, Development and Production Sharing of Kedabey, Gosha, Ordubad group (Piyazbashi, Agurd, Shekardara, Kalaki), Soyudlu, Gizilbulag and Veynali Prospective Gold Deposits".

It only mentions the existing areas, not the new ones, unless I'm getting them mixed up. Perhaps the existing agreement had to be revised or reconfirmed before the new areas are ratified?
