15% decrease in net loss to $569,759 (2019: $666,682)
Phoenix loan to operating subsidiary increased to $9.65 million (2019: $7.40 million)
Open pit Measured, Indicated & Inferred mineral resource increased to 129,923 tonnes of copper (+11%), 342,249 ounces of gold (+56%), 9.5 million ounces of silver (+13%) and 50,550 tonnes of zinc (+26%)

- Ongoing reverse circulation drilling programme into the high grade (12.8 g/ton) gold zone at the open pit

o 1,000 metres of a 2,500 metre programme completed, assays pending

- Gold recoveries exceed 97% using environmentally friendly reagent
- Pilot scale gold test programme under development

Then the cashflow will be fat.


Maybe stretch to 600t of copper?

Could be busting $30-mn revenues - once it all gets sold
take off 12.5% for Guvmint though

Ilostthelot. Holding some dry powder has been my policy for some time now and will continue to be so. No one knows where this market may go. It is a very difficult call but I sure am holding 20% of my portfolio in cash. I used to be in the same position as you but not anymore in these circumstances.
We all have to decide for ourselves.
I just hope things don't turn nasty.
There is no sure call at this moment in time IMO.

I agree cmb. What's the best thing to do though?! I'm 100% invested just now. With 60 % in aaz shares.
I'm going to reduce AAZ when we head over £2 with a view to buying back lower depending on News flow/ broader market.

Watch the market guy's anything is possible now. It sure is not a nice situation at the moment in our world.
I said earlier this AM that result season has begun and what news are we to get !! Not good IMO.

no denying the breakout that has firmed up towards the back end of the last week and now confirmed today … long, long overdue & we should be printing new ATH's in the coming weeks here.
Gold has had a little 3 days dip back last week to re-test the $1,800 (prior resistance) and jumped back above to indicate that is now line of support & the longer term Gold Chart is pretty textbook stuff now:

Thought the 150p close looked a bit toppy, but actually it is nicely underpinned by the 31k shares at 1.496 bought just before the close.......

We've clearly broken the downtrend. On the way back up there is some resistance around 156/7.

Cmb - the return of EUA has provided a lot of liquidity into WHI stable mates - ECR, EEE, AMC to name a few. Were it to go bang that liquidity would be sucked out in an instant. So my point, keep a close eye on EUA.

Sb76 - you’ll remember the discussion we had ‘4-6 weeks’ ago.
