The average daily gold production in the form of gold doré for the period from 1 to 10 September 2017 was 212 ounces, which is 116% higher than the average daily production for the previous eight months.

This average daily production is expected to increase further as Ugur moves into full production.

The company is processing the Ugur ore only by agitation leaching. The Ugur oxide-rich ores do not contain copper and therefore the tailings of the agitation leaching plant are not treated by flotation.

As a result, the flotation plant is free to process some 300 to 400 tonnes per day of mainly high sulphide stockpiled ore using its own mills.

Well, as several posters have said. This is going to be an amazing finish to the year and next year is going to be the strongest performance by the company to date.

Debt completely gone.
$100m revenue. Possibly 30-40m profit.
Share price is gonna go stratospheric as people realise that currently the company is valued at £35m

Such a small free float too. What is it? 500k shares traded today and 10% up?
Just 500k?
Lets wait to see what happens on a 1-2m day like we occasionally get.
We had a huge volume day last time we were at proactive, but there were more shares available then.

That bit doesn't make sense to me.

The flotation plant has previously treated all of the agitation tailings or indeed all the ore which went into the AL plant.
That has varied between 160-180kt/qtr roughly.

When it was commissioned we were told capacity was 90t/hr

I wonder why it's so low now. What else is it doing? Is it just wrongly reported? Or is it a milling capacity issue?

The flotation plant is now independently processing 300 to 400 tonnes per day of mainly high sulphide stockpiled ore using its own mills. This is another configuration of the Company's processing facilities and again demonstrates the flexibility of the processing routes available to Anglo Asian.'

100K is what Stephen has stated they are aiming for. They look to be well on the way & during a time where metal prices are significantly higher than they had expected.

Again as you said that's 77k/yr

The flotation plant processes at c.2000/t day not 3-400. Where did you get that idea from?

Of course the unknown is the amount of gold in that stockpiled material. Flotation before has run at 400oz/month but that was flotation after leaching.
It is reasonable to assume we shall recover half the gold from that sulphide ore (see the recent paper)
In short if you do the maths (and I've used c1.5g/t Au for stockpile and Cu 2200t/yr produced) I reckon another 11kGEO from copper and 9k from gold from flotation/year.

That takes you to 97k.

Throw in silver. Water plant.

What do people think our total current production is (gold equivalent ounces)?

We've been told that gold doré production in running at 212oz/day (77k/year) and is expected to increase further.

The Ugur ore is only being processed by agitation leaching, leaving the floatation plant to process 300-400 tonnes per day of stockpiled ore. How much copper and precious metal concentrate will that produce?

Its neither.

Its 212/day dore.

That's AL and heap leach but not flotation.

If we produce at same rate next year using two separate production streams we'll be 100k GEO

so much going on at present andrewsr ... I am sure we will get news on exploration shortly as they will have been able to make good progress during the summer months & will still be doing so.
Future newsflow needs watching very, very closely .. they do tend to pack a lot into each RNS .. I think Reza begrudges paying the RNS fees so, makes the most of each one :-)

Matt, it's 212 oz/day total (not just Ugur), isn't it? with Ugur still ramping up production.
I was hoping for an up-date on Gedabek, Gadir, Bittibulag etc exploration - isn't that due soon?

The electrification of Gedabek last year will mean no down time that diesel generators suffered because of freezing diesel,pipes and other down times associated to maintenance etc. The diesel generators have been left on site as a back up power source so belt n braces so to speak.

Agitation performance not as prone to low temperature as the Heap Leaches are but, the liquids can become more sluggish to flow in extremis.

Nada anyone can do if the weather is unusually severe at some point in the winter but, it is only transitory.
Weather in the 70's right now and not normally until into December that the temperature goes prolonged sub zero. Plenty of time to crank out 200+ oz from Ugur
