the seller is being very disciplined and persistent. Clearly showing at what price he is prepared to sell how much stock for in the auctions.
PI's keep taking up all the loose stock to the first level at which the seller is indicating he will sell for - that was 29p to start today but, that has now all been taken so, 29.25p is where he has his next tranche of 20k to sell.
since most PI's only buy/sell online, they are not getting into the auctions and are having to pay more for the stock off the regular MM's but, as I have said before, if you call up you broker and tell them at what price you want to buy in the parallel market (29.25 right now) and tell them to make your buy instruction visible on the order book in the auction, you'll get it filled. There is no competition in the auctions.
I assume this stock is being offered by share price Angel & once it's gone, then the liquidity will simply disappear. any subsequent buying pressure will not be capped in the way that it is now.
Slowly but surely this Director Option stock overhang is being chiselled away at

29p stock gone now with that matched trade of 845 shares at 29p. You'll need to pay 29.25 for anything in the auctions from now on

Gold climbing higher, would expect this to finish above 31p today.

This is why this run up is the significant one .... at that 34.875 level we come up against the long term down trend since the chart started.
I think that once we see buys appearing above 35p then that will signal something quite explosive as, the way I prefer to look a charts anyway, the stock will be in 'blue-sky' for the first time. That dominant downtrend will have been overcome and therefore upward movement will become increasingly more rapid as the weight will have been lifted from the shoulders of the stock!!
Once breached, it will prove strong support for a brief final back-test before the real move starts to the round-number 50p level for the next lot of traders to cash-in

That's the 23% level regained, back-tested and now breached again as the next up-leg got going today. Exactly same pattern as the 50% level and the 38% level.

Gold breaking out priced in Yen. Could be the beginning of the end of this pairing (usd/JPY) with gold. Need to keep a close eye on this.

Matt, don't like your chances. If you take all the shares in auction plus what you can pick up you will be lucky to get 500k. If interims are on Monday the rest might cost you a lot more. Will still prove to be a bargain..

We need to keep a wee eye on £ snd or even € gold price too as some of the gold movement is US$ fall.

Gold continues to surprise me with its moves. I had 1400 for the end of year but at this rate I expect it before the end of Oct.
I also think NK is a bit of a red herring as to the true reason its running up.

Yep gold heading quickly towards my short term target of the 2016 highs.

Be extremely suprised if it blasts through at this attempt. Looking for a pull back in gold before it breaks $1,400 before the year end.

Open interest is going to be disgusting. Banks just waiting to pull the trigger at these levels.
