OK. Got it ! Advised by Firmitas ! His friend Mataru ! so not only DS had a good reading on the agreement but Mataru too, and probably made some money on advisor fees ! And now he's telling everyone he did not know they would convert !
I don't buy it !
He cannot stop lying !

He really needs to get us the R1/R2 and start pumping black gold or he needs to go !

.The obligations of Sandabel under any subscription notice for loan notes are conditional upon the satisfaction of certain conditions which have been agreed between Sandabel and the Company. Any subscription notice for the issue of loan notes will require the Company to have the requisite shareholder authority to issue the loan notes and potentially convert the loan notes into Ordinary Shares.

The drill is turning. It will either come good or we will all be having sprouts for Christmas. R1/2 news could come next week.

Share price is bombed out due to Sandabel and drill delay. It's a long road back to 10p now.

That was the last of the dump I have been told. Conversion at 6.26, so not a bad days work for Sandhu / Matharu.

Those who remain in from higher prices are locked-in for a result. Lets hope the 'lock-in' has a parole period where you can get out and it does not become a full life sentence.

If they'd really closed a 6% short, we would've seen better movement yesterday and today. Dont trust this criminal funding provider. Today's movement suggests they are continuing, or using other means to short or play games without it being noticed.

Kibes: the terms of the CLN conversion were public knowledge. Sandobel were not insider dealing any more than people who forward sell placing stock after the placing RNS has been released. It's definitely not illegal at present, but I think it certainly should be.

Sadly it’s not illegal to short but on this occasion, these sharks look rather greedy and pathetic for doing it for a few quid.The company should disengage and source another more honourable lender if needed.

Stork.Forward and short selling is unfortunate not illegal. It is something which should not even be made available in ANY market. Stocks should be driven by pure demand for the BUYING of stock, not by selling stock you don't own. That is where manipulation happens and greed and criminal activity are left to run rampant. By criminal activity, I refer as the previous poster to using insider knowledge, be it operational, or knowledge of an impending placing or drawdown, to gain from or manipulate the share price. In this effect, the activity of the cln holders is PURE CRIMINALITY and as such should be investigated, as their position they must've admitted to, otherwise we wouldn't of seen it mentioned in an rns, so in this case it is proven and is known about. Ontop of this it is also a violation of the specific agreed terms of the loan note agreement, in that they agreed not to conduct this form of activity. Therefore these guys a unscrupulous criminals and deceivers. It would be a successful outcome to pursue them over their activities, both by the fca, and by the Company/shareholders for losses Incurred due to their criminal activity.
