25/11/2018 18:17 | Pro,Thanks for posting that. It took shareholders to inform management of this, absolutely shambolic. Its hard to have any confidence in what they say anymore. Seriously, what exactly did they agree with Sandabel? Crox, Good job I'm out. I am yet to see a CLN facility that did not bring pressure on equity. But you are right. There is a 'death-spiral' pattern here, & it begins with failing management. Urgent changes required in my opinion. I will follow but will not consider investing until major changes or developments occur.Cash | cashandcard
25/11/2018 15:20 | Following on from that So should be a fun week ahead. | pistonbroke1
25/11/2018 12:23 | Its a move done by the agent selling the cln's. They have agreed to sell at a price on a 3 day average of the share share price At the time I believe the share price was 8.1 - 8.35p so to raise £1M thats approx. 14M shares. But if they short the share price then they will be allocated more shares to raise to £1M. due to the lower share price price. So basically they will accumulate more shares by shorting this and hence once the short has stopped they will sell the remainder of the extra shares. These will be free shares they have accumulated for shorting. Its a disgrace and short term profit without any care for its investors. If the CEO don't act on this then he will prove he has no interest for us supporting share holders and will loose faith completely. DS we know you read the boards so do something about it. After all you had agreed the terms of the CLN's ! | sep800
25/11/2018 10:34 | Why would you put a BIG short on SONETHING with potential news coming. Seems very risky or NOT | letmepass
25/11/2018 06:32 | And some people have had a reply from David Sefton in regards to this, reply is as below; Dear..... I have had some emails on this today - it is not what was agreed and I am looking into it urgently David | pro_s2009
25/11/2018 06:19 | Thats very interesting. The CLN provider (Sandabel) has a 3.6% short on AAOG stock as of 21st November. | pro_s2009
23/11/2018 16:31 | I’m happy to travel to check it out if we have a whip-round-to be honest,it’s what we all expected.Brakes repaired,drilling to start,and compensation agreed. | pinkfoot2
23/11/2018 16:18 | All those 100 K buys hardly small, this does suggest a news leak | sep800
23/11/2018 16:15 | There could be a, news leak here somewhere, excessive small buying now all afternoon. Either anticipation and a case of wouldn't want to be out over the weekend as r1/r2 will be hit, or news has leaked of oil discovery. | apfindley
23/11/2018 16:00 | With over 2.9 M buys today, sentiment and confidence coming back here with little risk. Remember it only cost us around £9 per barrel to produce so we are fortunate we have all production in play and little effect negatively due to the value of the current oil price. AAOG starting this campaign when Brent was £30 per barrel and they still stated they will make profit. Markets won't be able to hold the share price back much longer with this amount of volume as seen today. | sep800
23/11/2018 15:28 | Brent tanking again and some huge losses out thete today in O&G. Should count our chickens really to be in the blue. Without the AAOG offical tweet it could have been much worse. | croxonopolis
23/11/2018 15:00 | Well after all those buys today and the share price drifting very slightly earlier today, We are now seeing a reverse in the share price from this all time Low. share price due a rerate and this news once everyone gets wind of it will help the momentum upwards 10p Plus | sep800
23/11/2018 12:31 | Anglo African Oil & Gas @angloafricanog 8m8 minutes ago Repaired brake coils arrived in country last night and have cleared customs this morning #AAOG | pro_s2009
23/11/2018 09:57 | Withdrawn my last post as we now finally have the brake back according to their web site, Lets all hope drilling will commence on Monday and get us back on track. But I am expecting an RNS confirming this | sep800
23/11/2018 07:08 | 23rd Nov and still no drill turning and people wonder why it is 6.5p? Why anybody would average down is beyond me. I wouldn't throw a penny at this until they have something positive to say. Never throw good money after bad | croxonopolis
22/11/2018 21:52 | A tail of woe.Cash | cashandcard
22/11/2018 19:53 | I just keep buying.. Can't believe people are selling. | honestmarty
22/11/2018 12:24 | And this is why they call is death spiral finance. | croxonopolis
22/11/2018 11:43 | 900 posts :-) | dm2000
21/11/2018 13:22 | Tick me downs much as you want but the facts hurt. Going down to an all time low | sep800
21/11/2018 13:21 | Looking at the buy sells seems AAOG BOD want to feed over 14M shares asap before this drifts any further. MM's keeping this up for now to benefit sale of the cln's otherwise more shares will have to be released to meet their requirement of £1M | sep800
21/11/2018 13:01 | Unfortunately the markets have already factored in the R1/R2 results in the current SP, but considering £1M cln's now been taken thats dilution which ever way you look at it and can only see this drift even further. Very Very disappointed with the way the CEO manipulated how the CLN's have been divised especially he must of known what little flow rates at R1/R2 will be announced hence raise this method of financing. If He was confident he would of waited til the full drill with good results and had a smaller placing of shares at a much higher share price I fear no real results even after the full drill and now generating funds for exploration drills. We are producing far to low at present and this will reflect an even lower M/C. | sep800 |
