Agreed. A beautifully ambiguous sentence. Looks like this is the start of the rerate into drilling contract and spud. Won't be surprised if it follows a similar stepped rally pattern as per last time.

Sorry meant that the timing will drift not the share price I also expect the price to steadily rise.

I think most here expect this to rally into Q1 actually. Are you saying you didn't buy any on the dip? ;)

Can only be workover news. We know the rig repairs were not due for completion till about now and that the present operator was keeping it till mid December at the earliest. Most on here except that this will drift till Q1 2018

I imagine good news is coming as this share was leaky on the delay news. It's likely that's it's leaking now too.

Lets hope workover news is in the morning. To give us a nice boost. Once drilling rig onsite this will be 30p. Tick tock. If we hit the black gold the sky is the limit with only 69.5 million shares. Only 21.5 million shares in freefloat. It was private investors that brought the price down!
1.9 million traded today ... thats 9 % of freefloat.

I'm looking for at least 25p - it only dropped from there because of the delay

Once 16.75 breaks it will jump to 20's.

16.5p is support from Jun and also resistance from October - a break through here could lead to a move to next technical resistance at 20p

They were using breakeven on a 185-250 bopd range at $48/b. An extra $12+/b at $60+/b significantly improves and reduces the b/even production point.

Also the dividend payment was forecast on 1,000 bopd and $30/b oil from 50% of net profits. At $60+/b this could achieve the dividend payment on circa 500 bopd.

A low risk development play on the R1/R2 reservoirs as well as the undeveloped Mengo discovery. Mengo sands have produced at up to 800 bopd in other fields.

Djeno exploration sands producing in nearby fields at 5k+bopd and in close proximity to 1b barrel field.

Infrastructure in place and capable of handling over 4,000 bopd production so no spend needed.

Still only £10.7m m/cap at 15.5p, funded, and still at a near 23% discount to placing. The increase in the oil price makes it even more attractive at this price. One way or another with a small free float I expect the possibility of a squeeze on supply as development drilling eventually nears.

I wouldn't think so yet ayesha but we know they will do in the comparatively near future and we know the result will be a share price some way above 20p

Good luck trying to buy at 15.5p! No electronic quote.

Annoying!

This is holding up surprisingly well despite the news gap.

A little good news and we could be flying.
