Jthumbs he has rose tints on. Something was supposed to happen at labrador decades ago. Every yr it's the same old crap. Then the broken record grangesverg. Then rumours of takeover because its under valued etc etc. And if anyone dares to even have a thought of anything negative you'll be blasted as a deramper......but slowly and surely the die hards here are coming to the foregone conclusion that this is a shttt share. Only only only hope is a pump and dump.....sooner you accept this the better.

Interesting developments at TMOR today, a listed takeover vehicle which had a £50m bid in the sector thwarted recently. Their CEO has resigned, he is also a major shareholder at Anglesey, one wonders if it a conflict of interest situation, is this vehicle (who are poised for a deal) about to pounce on AYM ?? If they can raise £50m they could easily afford a opportunistic offer for Anglesey or the Grangesberg stake.

A repost but worthy of consideration........... Some big city 'names' are getting behind this, the update from WHI was exceptionally positive. Cannot rule out a takeover approach or deal with a mid cap/major on Parys Mountain. Current £6m market value for the entire company is a hideous anomaly that will not last. A must listen, from 11 mins on Https://youtu.be/voSDmr9_id0?feature=shared

I am mindful to contact the Nomad unless there is some clarity on what was paid for the 20% stake in the company, how can this not be deemed price sensitive. The points raised by others, in as much that both the buyer and seller, both former directors, would be at an advantage to outside shareholders are very valid. For what it is worth I believe Anglesey will be subject to outright takeover or some other form of corporate event, a break up comes to mind. Needless to say any corporate move would need to be far higher than the current share price to succeed. I feel news will soon be released which should establish all the details and reasons behind the ongoing changes at BOD level.
At the moment it is undisclosed what price was paid or whether it was some convoluted agreement around their many other overlapping mining interests so there maybe is no market transaction as yet. If he did want to take it over he would have to match the highest market purchase in a cash offer to all shareholders for a 12 month period I believe under the takeover code.I’m unsure of JK intensions but clearly he must have some …but he will not be able to throw much weight around as the majority of shareholders who voted at the last AGM don’t want him involved in running the company after over two decades of trying.

One suspects this move has caught the company off-guard. I have suggested for some time now there appears to be a undercurrent of corporate activity ahead at AYM. For example why have they not increased their 49% stake in Grangesburg to 100% as implied they would do in Q1. Why has the CEO of More Acquisitions acquired a 4% stake in AYM, they are seeking a new takeover target following their failed £50m attempt to acquire Megasteel. 20% stake acquired by Energold Inc today. Recent director resignations suggest a new team coming in. Analyst site visits a few days ago All will be revealed shortly.
Very interesting that Juno have sold out, what price was paid by Energold Inc for the 20% stake ? Looks like a takeover offer may be imminent.

Good news has resulted in share price destruction. PnD or takeover rumour is our only salvation

Looks like Anglesey is being prepped for a new management team possibly via takeover, noted that one of the largest shareholders AYM is also the largest shareholder in More Acquisitions, they are looking for a new deal following their £50m takeover attempt for Megasteel failing at the last hurdle. In their recent market communication they say they have new targets in sight. On the other hand maybe an offer for AYM's stake in Grängesberg. Either way the shares look cheap at current levels.
