26/11/2018 09:53 | Best of luck News does not matter, it's the same drill, stock goes up 50% same crowd of spike chasers get involved, same posters all arrive on the threads here, everybody then sells, a few stocks manage to keep going but the rest drop back, half of them do a placing after the spike. This is how AIM is now, no research, nobody buying stocks before news or a spike. | dave4545
26/11/2018 09:50 | DaveRead the RNSLook at the mcapLook at the resource Look at copper... | glenbo1
26/11/2018 09:45 | Nope I do not buy spikes. Looking at last weeks spikes all of them have crashed back to original levels. Still baffles me why so many people only want to buy a stock when it's up 50-100%, none of these buyers wanted to risk it last week though. | dave4545
26/11/2018 09:41 | "very hard to buy" On spikes it's very hard to sell easy to buy lets get that fact right straight away | dave4545

26/11/2018 07:16 | shonep Windturbines are a good idea, particularly if a local community trust can take a percentage of profits. They could also produce more energy than is required by the mine. | hyper al
12/11/2018 03:38 | They own the freehold at Parys and there have been planning and archeology studies going back a decade on using the site for wind power. I don't understand why they wouldn't put up some windmills to develop +ve cashflow, local jobs and at the same time put in roads and infrastructure that could be shared by a future mine. I have to wonder if the current management is serious about doing anything at Anglesey. But I still believe the potential is there, its a great development location in an area that is starting to pick up and the own the freehold. | shonep
07/11/2018 09:36 | mel, It seems to me the only way to play AIM is to rode the dump and sense the top before the inevitable dump. Parys is so windy and there are windmills around there, they should start up a wind farm IMO. I wonder what cash they could generate? | andy
18/9/2018 07:09 | Always been a bit of a rollercoaster this one. I first got in 27 years ago and nobody was complaining in 2011-2012 when the Lab operation boosted the share price to 60p. I doubt anything will ever happen at Parys, wish I was wrong, but the potential for other deals keeps me interested and there could always be some other sort of development at Parys, tourism? who knows? Id be happy with nuclear waste storage! | shonep
09/9/2018 17:03 | Let's hope so. | rrr

08/8/2018 17:11 | My worst investment to date...in a very bottom drawer.....in a year achieved absolutely nothing with no sign of anything this side of 2030....not bad work if you can get it and get paid..... await the next RNS saying exactly the same..... personally do not think company should be on stock market.....also minimal/zero PR..... no doubt if it goes to £0.0075 I will no doubt buy foolishly buy some more...... Zzzzzz! | the lah
07/8/2018 12:23 | Some blue and a few decent buys!! | calmtrader
03/8/2018 09:43 | 30 years as you say trader, and still counting. "Other activities The directors continue to seek out new properties suitable for development within a relatively short time frame and within the financing capability likely to be available to the group. The directors have identified copper projects as the most potentially attractive and the group is currently evaluating a number of early stage opportunities." I'd have thought that three non-producing assets were enough to be going on with. "Performance The directors expect to be judged by results of project development and/or exploration and by their success in creating long term value for shareholders. The group holds shares in mineral companies and has interests in exploration and evaluation properties and, until economically recoverable reserves can be identified, there are no standardised performance indicators which can usefully be employed to gauge the performance of the group, other than the market price of the company’s shares." Indeed, the share price says it all. | rrr
31/7/2018 19:13 | Don't think it will be long reading the following "Our objective is to phase the development and financing of Parys Mountain in logical, sequential and parallel steps by undertaking the various optimisations studies and programmes, completing a prefeasibility or feasibility study and progressing Parys Mountain towards production as quickly as the necessary financing and technical timelines allow." | calmtrader |
