20/10/2022 12:46 | The question many will have with the QME deal is where are they going to find the ££ to invest? - they aren't a big outfit themselves | pistolpete100
20/10/2022 11:46 | People seem to forget the QME deal | calmtrader
20/10/2022 11:35 | The simple truth is that the company does not have any funds to put ANY of the businesses into production. So the markets will react as expected. Becoming a gutter share sadly. I`v e been offloading for a while at high cost to me but would rather put my money into more meaningful shares. A I have stated for long enough, Kearney and his buddies are still pulling the purse strings. More dilutions will be forthcoming and the share price will remain static. We wait and see. | klondykejohn

16/10/2022 19:09 | OK - thanks, guys. Not trying to talk the company down ... just trying to make sense of it all. :o) | j5thumbs

16/10/2022 12:59 | Very standard practise at AGMs to seek authority to issue new shares for future funding requirements over the next year . Nothing to suggest this is happening now or is in the form of a rights issue that I can see. | kooba
16/10/2022 11:36 | Trader 465 - will there be a vote on the £2,800,000 rights issue at the AGM on Oct. 27th? What is your understanding of this? | j5thumbs
14/10/2022 19:35 | Trader465 - on Anglesey's website as a PDF download under Anglesey AGM. SECTION 12. (Rights issue). I assume that this will be up for a vote at the AGM - please correct me if I'm wrong. See below. "As special business 12. That, pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 ("Act"), the directors be and are generally and unconditionally authorised to exercise all powers of the company to allot shares in the company or to grant rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into shares in the company up to an aggregate nominal amount of £2,800,000, provided that (unless previously revoked, varied or renewed) this authority shall expire on 31 December 2023, save that the company may make an offer or agreement before this authority expires which would or might require shares to be allotted or rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into shares to be granted after this authority expires and the directors may allot shares or grant such rights pursuant to any such offer or agreement as if this authority had not expired. 14/10/2022 08:28 | Not new news, we are behind on this, the drill should have been turning in Q3 trader46527 Jun '22 - 12:36 - 110 of 373 Edit 0 0 0 From 14 June RNS "On the Northern Copper Zone, the team is currently planning the next round of infill drilling, which we hope to start in the September quarter. This will be the first infill programme into this deposit for almost 20 years and will provide important data for metallurgical testwork and the optimal mine design." Listen to Jo taking about the Northern Copper Zone from 11:20 The Northern Copper Zone is 9m tons. AYM have results from one hole drilled there many many years ago with an interception of 146m! I think the upcoming drill in Q3 could yield some excellent results and keep the share price fueled. We should be targeting the Northern Copper Zone Drill Results in Q1 next year | trader465
