Copper starting to bounce think recent fade is just natural reaction to China trying to talk it down and there being a short term rise in inventory's i personally think the mid /long term prospects are still very bullish , getting new supply on stream to meet green economy demand just not possible. Though if everyone took as long as Anglesey to get a mine up and running copper would be in multiples of current price already!https://finance.yahoo.com/news/coppers-indispensable-role-clean-energy-211802305.html

I think we would be foolish not to push this forward especially with the AGM not that far away, this BOD are obviously going know where with this company I only wish I knew why.

Gives you an idea what would be needed.Last years AGM.So Juno owns just under 58M..So you can see where the votes come from ..apart from that not many bother. You therefore need 60M shares voting against to get rid of a director..a simple majority of those voting is enough. If you got over 20% of votes cast i believe the company would have to recognise shareholder dissatisfaction especially as the main vote in favour would be an insider. Would so a strong message i believe. The valid proxies recorded in respect of voting at the AGM were as follows: Resolution In Favour Against Withheld 1 To reappoint John F. Kearney as 58,704,666 194,429 1,000 a director 2 To reappoint Bill Hooley as a 58,854,666 44,429 1,000 director 3 To reappoint Howard Miller as a 58,704,666 194,429 1,000 director 4 To reappoint Danesh Varma as a 58,854,666 44,429 1,000 director 5 To reappoint Mazars LLP as 58,739,345 150,750 10,000 auditors 6 To authorise the directors to 58,739,345 150,750 10,000 determine the remuneration of the auditor

From the Labrador RNS a few days ago.Anglesey Annual Report Anglesey has been working on completion and auditing of its Annual Report for the year ended 31st March 2021. This will be published shortly and will contain updates on operational and funding progress at the Companies Parys Mountain copper-zinc-lead project in North Wales. So there will but update shortly, last year results were announced in sept but usually they are end of July , so hopefully more like that timescale. The results will obviously be ahead of an AGM normally a month later. It will be interesting to look at the resolutions but in such circumstances i imagine all directors will be up for reelection.Would be the time to send a message..but since most shareholders are private investors difficult to muster that much support..especially as Juno holders 26%.

I agree that pressure should be applied to the Board and if necessary a vite of no confidence, even if it does not pass. All they have to do is provide an "Operational Update" RNS explaining what they are doing (or not). That might not please everyone, but we would at least have something.

Iglenn, you need to set up a private messaging page and invite shareholders of a likemind to join you.
I am sure the response will surprise you.
It can also be beneficial if you need some private suggestions as to how to move forward and what internal investigations you can start to explore.

iglen I also feel quite angry like yourself ive been on this share for at least 10 years and im sure there are a lot of other shareholders that feel the same also.

Anyway why don't you invite others just as a matter of interest to just make up a list putting just a couple of initials plus their total holding mine would be DR AND I OWN 1,250,000 just to see if there is a following, then if the response is big enough we can potentially show some teeth and get this BOD sorted.

Thanks John. I know it's a long hard road but I do feel quite angry about this the more I look deeper into it. And I have lost a lot of money here. Many would say it's my own fault but fault lies with the protagonist not the victim.

Iglenn.
Probably the SFO would be your best route, but you will need a lot of evidence and the muck must stick before anyone will listen to you, so you will have to do a lot of hard work.
The other route is to try for a vote of no confidence in the board.
You will need a lot of shareholders to agree with you and remember, Juno have 26% shares in the company.
Background checks on Juno?
It`s a long hard road you are going down, but you have my support for what it`s worth.

Benjamin. Lol. What these guys have done and continue to do is not a criminal offence per se. What it is is tantamount to fraudulent representation which is extremely hard to prosecute. And they have 34 years experience in doing it. It's why the money is tied up in the Bahamas and Hooley doesn't even legally declare where he lives. Lots of painful questions coming from me now and I may well go to the police as I think this is fraud. And it's cost me a lot of money getting sucked into this scam. My own fault but there will be a price to pay either way.

Kooba, I like your optism, but sadly, I do not believe that the board will act on any of the highlighted obstacles to begin producing.
Even if it is possible and we start next year or 2023, we only own 12% of 50% and the board have already stated that another dilution may be required in the short term.
This will reduce our overall ownership to about ten or eleven percent.
A 15 year mine life generating $450m profit equals $30m profit per annum. our share being about 10% of 50% = $1.5m per annum.(using conservative figures )
Not enough to get Parys up and running.
The best way forward is sell off our interest in LIM and use the cash to fund Parys.
As for trader635, I believe that he is a bet spreader.
He needs a lower price to gain his rewards.
He probably doesn`t even own shares in AYM.
This is why he keeps on wanting us all to sell, sell, sell.
Tell me I am wrong trader635.

Anglesey Mining Plc is a company that hasn't done any mining in all of the 34 years that it has been in operation other than dig a 300metre shaft with offshoot galleries (tunnels), and leave head gear (winding mechanism) that has been allowed to rust there on top of Parys Mountain ever since. But, what people don't know is that there is no air vent down that shaft should they want to do any actual mining

Seems our Mr Varma has some answering to do. There is too much here. 34 years and not a single nugget mined. Don't expect anything from this lot. I wish I had found what I am discovering well before I had put any money into this lot.
