I`m interested to know who you really are trader536. You are the only respondent on this page that backs the board . There is no hint of sensible discussion with you. Every post from shareholders is just ridiculed by you, even if truths are listed Listen to your colleagues here and stop being the company pet. Or is it spy.

'The next cycle will come again..'The next cycle is well and truly here and they have been saying the environment in metals is positive and they see the outlook as strong to move the project forward for 5 years...just excuses. Give them 2-3 years ha , that's just another 2-3 years on top of the 33 years they've already had then.Maybe they got lucky in iron exposure , but the company made no money as they failed to monetise the investment , so didn't create any long term value. Some punters got out though..and some punters got in.They have created no value over decades...none.Needs change.

Results July 2019Outlook We remain confident that demand for metals will remain strong and the outlook for commodity prices will remain positive for the foreseeable future. The 2017 Scoping Study demonstrated a viable mine development at Parys Mountain with a healthy financial rate of return. The outlook for metal prices, particularly zinc, copper and lead, which form the basis of Parys Mountain revenue, remains very positive.

Results July 2018Financing and MarketingBased on the positive results of the Scoping Study, we have commenced discussions with potential financiers for the development of the Parys Mountain project. It is expected that this development will occur in stepped progressions, to be followed by sequential financings to move towards mine construction.

Results July 2017OutlookThe outlook for Anglesey Mining is now brighter than at any time during the last few years. Metal prices particularly zinc, copper and lead, which form the basis of Parys Mountain revenue, seem set for their long-awaited upward movement. Based on the positive results of the Scoping Study we now plan to engage in discussions with potential financiers or partners for the development of the Parys Mountain project. Recommendations have been made by Micon and Fairport regarding further work to optimise and enhance the project as the next step ahead of mine development. It is hoped that financing for this work can be arranged as speedily as possible and will be followed by subsequent financings to move towards mine construction.

I'm sure there's shareholders who bought at over 50p ..not sure they will feel as glowing! Some people have seen massive losses I guess...great point well made.

Yawn, they have done nothing, because metal prices have been too low to make the project economically viable over the last decade. They have protected shareholder interests by holding assets on minimal cost care and maintenance for many years and avoiding huge shareholder dilution. Some of us made significant gains in 2011, I personally sold too soon (50/60p) and have come back for another ride. benjamin - 33 years? No doubt the are some people that bought at 10p and below and sold at 80p and above in the past, so some shareholders have see massive returns The next cycle will come again, patience is required, give them a year or two and you'll see a multibag. Stop crying for news ffs, these things take time!

Not in Anglesey itself in 33 years of Parys ownership...though they sunk a shaft and have done lots and lots of appraisal work.

I would like to know how many shares Varma has in Juno. This info would impact on directors interests. Not happy that you were unable to ascertain what the discussions are about. We don`t need the detail, just a broad outline would suffice. I am very disappointed that no further drilling is taking place. The need for further drilling was recommended in the PEA which was announced way back in January, to confirm up the high amount of inferred resources. Surely, a small amount spent now would create a much better PEA in turn putting value into the company.

Good job you are not a director then , directors are duty bound in taking responsibility in answering queries from bona fide shareholders in particular when they make serial errors in communication. I genuinely want to understand the process in seeking funding the company is following and they should be able to have a broad discussion of the approach and possibilities. Trader you seem scared of challenging a board that goes nowhere and has over many years failed to progress the assets and just sit there supporting anything criticising anyone who dares complain..really odd. Maybe shareholders not challenging the board is why there is an ineffective management who can't get simple communications right let alone progress what appear quality projects?

"discussions are indeed taking place but not at a position to disclose" That's all you need to know. Be patient and stop crying for your bottie, they will update when they are in a position to do so.

I have attempted a dialogue with Mr Hooley, firstly over director share sales clarification which was then amended but there are also ongoing questions around the share issue with director exercise of options. I sent a fairly strong email over the optics of directors share sales and not holding equity they apparently do nor see their market activity as a factor ! I have also raised the situation around Juno with him as the company do not detail anything under directors interests in submissions but do under connected party transactions where they state Mr Varma is a director and through family interests a material shareholder. It has now been confirmed to me that Mr Varma is indeed no longer a director of Juno and this will be shown in the next report and accounts .I have asked when he ceased to be a director and whether his beneficial interests are affected. I also suggested such a change in a directors responsibilities in the company's largest shareholder should have been declared.I await response.I have also sort a discussion on the funding options and on Parys in particular , presuming that there is nothing price sensitive ongoing as directors were able to deal recently . Response is that discussions are indeed taking place but not at a position to disclose hence can't talk to shareholders at this time.Something needs to change here.
