Yawn, they have done nothing, because metal prices have been too low to make the project economically viable over the last decade.

They have protected shareholder interests by holding assets on minimal cost care and maintenance for many years and avoiding huge shareholder dilution.

Some of us made significant gains in 2011, I personally sold too soon (50/60p) and have come back for another ride.

benjamin - 33 years? No doubt the are some people that bought at 10p and below and sold at 80p and above in the past, so some shareholders have see massive returns

The next cycle will come again, patience is required, give them a year or two and you'll see a multibag.

Stop crying for news ffs, these things take time!

Not in Anglesey itself in 33 years of Parys ownership...though they sunk a shaft and have done lots and lots of appraisal work.

I would like to know how many shares Varma has in Juno.
This info would impact on directors interests.
Not happy that you were unable to ascertain what the discussions are about.
We don`t need the detail, just a broad outline would suffice.
I am very disappointed that no further drilling is taking place.
The need for further drilling was recommended in the PEA which was announced way back in January, to confirm up the high amount of inferred resources.
Surely, a small amount spent now would create a much better PEA in turn putting value into the company.

Good job you are not a director then , directors are duty bound in taking responsibility in answering queries from bona fide shareholders in particular when they make serial errors in communication. I genuinely want to understand the process in seeking funding the company is following and they should be able to have a broad discussion of the approach and possibilities. Trader you seem scared of challenging a board that goes nowhere and has over many years failed to progress the assets and just sit there supporting anything criticising anyone who dares complain..really odd. Maybe shareholders not challenging the board is why there is an ineffective management who can't get simple communications right let alone progress what appear quality projects?

"discussions are indeed taking place but not at a position to disclose"

That's all you need to know.

Be patient and stop crying for your bottie, they will update when they are in a position to do so.

I have attempted a dialogue with Mr Hooley, firstly over director share sales clarification which was then amended but there are also ongoing questions around the share issue with director exercise of options. I sent a fairly strong email over the optics of directors share sales and not holding equity they apparently do nor see their market activity as a factor ! I have also raised the situation around Juno with him as the company do not detail anything under directors interests in submissions but do under connected party transactions where they state Mr Varma is a director and through family interests a material shareholder. It has now been confirmed to me that Mr Varma is indeed no longer a director of Juno and this will be shown in the next report and accounts .I have asked when he ceased to be a director and whether his beneficial interests are affected. I also suggested such a change in a directors responsibilities in the company's largest shareholder should have been declared.I await response.I have also sort a discussion on the funding options and on Parys in particular , presuming that there is nothing price sensitive ongoing as directors were able to deal recently . Response is that discussions are indeed taking place but not at a position to disclose hence can't talk to shareholders at this time.Something needs to change here.

Trader536, you are very defensive concerning the directors and their leadership.
We don`t write drivel, we don`t write junk, we express an opinion and at times we get frustrated at the lack of any feedback.
If you have a close relationship with some of the directors then you should let us know what is happening.
If you don`t have that close relationship, then you should realise that the silence that emanates from the company is deafening.
I would love to be as confident in this company as you appear to be, but I take a view that some action is necessary on the directors part to give us some news flows, good or bad.

I note that Varmah is still down as a director of both Juno and Anglesey.
This has been reported here by myself previously.
Do our directors not read this thread?
They need to change the official web site to correct this mistake.
Or is it that they are just don`t want to be proactive any more.
Where is the next bit of positive news and when is it coming.
Can any one of the directors inter react with shareholders any more.
Come on guys. News, good or bad is better than silence.

This chap is well followed on Twitter and seems to think there is value here, as posted AYM periodically offers punters 20%-30% upside on the trade, it only takes a modicum of unexpected volume to move the price.
