01/12/2016 11:03 | Glen Why design and cost a mine? | gimmetheloot
01/12/2016 06:46 | We shall see regarding a foreign partner.I am sure by Christmas we will have the rescoping report released, then more details of future plans will unfold. | glenbo1
30/11/2016 20:07 | Yes patience is the key but guess what it's a matter of when not if when a major Eastern investor says "I'll have some of that" I am certain the scoping study , mine design has been done to appease some major players who have expressed interest in a Joint venture!! Massive buying today!! | gimmetheloot
30/11/2016 17:03 | Gimmetheloot Patience is needed here. Wait for the scoping study and AYM to announce more detailed plans and in my opinion any investment will multiply compared to this current value | glenbo1
30/11/2016 14:07 | Hyper, this has a resource in the ground of 1.2 billion with a mine start of 30 miillion. Didn't Wolfe need 120 million?? | gimmetheloot
30/11/2016 11:48 | glenbo1 oops, sorry about that. WLFE should be championed as a working example and AYM as one which could follow. yep agree, MCAP is very low. | hyper al
30/11/2016 11:39 | Hyper You misconstrued my post.AYM will not need a grant from the government all I was pointing out is Parys should be championed by the government as an example of a huge UK resource which will create employment and will pump revenue into the economy. From recollection 30 million us dollars was quoted as a start up figure for the mine. Like I say let's wait for the rescoping study to arrive which I would imagine will be this side of Xmas. Hyper you have to admit this has a very low mcap even at these prices. | glenbo1
30/11/2016 11:19 | News very soon in resource and cost of mine coping study | gimmetheloot
30/11/2016 11:17 | Don't need a grant hyper, some heavy Chinese or Indians will job this. Why design a mine and spend that money? Somebody wants the metal in the ground! 1.2 billion usd worth | gimmetheloot
30/11/2016 11:04 | glenbo1 You won't get any grants from the UK government, would have done from EU before Brexit. Any savings from leaving Europe will be used to pay off UK debt, not on grants for businesses. | hyper al
30/11/2016 10:58 | Hyper The spread is around. 3This venture could be great for Brexit. The government should be in my view championing thus development. | glenbo1
30/11/2016 10:40 | reported spread on these is crazy, nothing to do with true bid/offer, very misleading! | hyper al
30/11/2016 10:23 | laserdisc Thanks for info. Same here, no position, but watching. | hyper al
30/11/2016 10:18 | Hyper al creditors meeting in Canada early dec I think, re the lim investment seems creditors may agree to the plan put forward by lim so they may in the future have the listing restored no postion here | laserdisc
30/11/2016 10:11 | Hyper I agreeThey should sell their stake and plough the money into parys. It will be fantastic for the Welsh economy. It does look like the BOD now have a plan. | glenbo1
30/11/2016 10:10 | No doubt those who got involved will see. Healthy returns | gimmetheloot
30/11/2016 10:07 | glenbo1 I wish they would concentrate on Parys. As an investor I was never really happy with the LIM distraction (what have we gained from that?) and I really hope that Sweden does not become another. The UK really does need to expoit it's own resources to help fund this Brexit thing. Also it makes sense to concentrate on UK mining because the exchange rates are so poor, overseas investing would be crazy in IMHO. We need to be starting to exploit every resource we have in the UK just to cut our imports! | hyper al
30/11/2016 09:52 | HyperAlso don't forget AYM and their interest in Sweden too.I understand your view and we will know more when the rescoping study is released which is due. | glenbo1
30/11/2016 09:40 | I want to see this mine in operation, in particular because of my own personal involement during exploration in the early days and because it would be very good news for local people. But as an investor you should be aware of it's recent past history. Remember this from RNS Oct 2007 "Preparatory work for the construction of the White Rock decline at Parys Mountain is now gathering pace. Initial site clearing has been completed and contracts for the site fencing and initial excavation of the box cut which leads to the decline portal have been let; work on these tasks is expected to commence within two weeks." And this re sale of mine from RNS Oct 2008 "..termination of negotiations with Western Metals" The company needs to be very open about it's future plans, it needs to keep investors fully informed of all planning matters and dicussions with the local council and how it will deal with the processing and transport of ore or concentrate and disposal of waste and mine water. SGZ are a very good example of how a company should go about this process of communication and debate. | hyper al

30/11/2016 09:12 | I wonder if Vedanta will be interested, after all they had Lisheen which closed about a year ago, so must have all the refining info at their fingertips. I see Glencore is reported to now be cash rich due to profits from their coal and zinc operations, and could move towards reinstating a dividend or acquisitions. If anything is going to happen here then someone is going to have to stump up the money. | noccer |
