Not much of a dip to buy into. MMs have marked the bid price to 520 giving a large spread. Not much on offer without paying £6.

not all bad.

looks like a bump in the normal trading road due to a warmer winter, rather than anything fundamental.

necessary accounting standard changes have had an impact.

outlook pretty buoyant with good start to Q3 highlighted and continuing investment in business with new depot openings.

AND importantly half-year dividend maintained - which should bode well for full-year divi also being maintained.

Do you see any possibility that London Security are going to go for Andrews Sykes or vice-versa given the links, shareholdings and management cross-overs?
Both shares up circa 20% since early summer against a generally awful and back-pedalling AIM market.
Certainly the geographic footprint has many elements in common and combining a fire protection company with a "water/climate" control company would not be without a certain compelling logic???

Just read that The Murray's have also transferred nearly 10million shares of their other UK listed company , London Security to HSBC.
