Advance Energy plc (AIM:ADV) the energy company seeking growth through acquisition or farm-in to non-operated interests in discovered upstream projects, announces that further to the publication of its Final Results on 30 October 2020, the Company has posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at 55 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on 30 November 2020 at 10.00 a.m.
