Previously:

"the drilling of the Wick well (in which Andalas does not have an interest) expected to commence during December 2018"


With Christmas and new year days away drilling is not going to commence until mid - late Jan at the earliest so another delay.

"Colter (in which Andalas has an 8% interest) which is now scheduled to be drilled in Q1 2019."


That will slip into Q2 and ADL needs to get a placing done or it won't be able to fund its share of the drilling costs - will SG and the rest of the board put their hands in their own pockets this time?


Then there is Bungled Mess:

"The sale and purchase agreement is conditional on:

1. DFP agreeing to assign its 24% participation interest in the PSC to BME for
$1 and submission to SKK Migas of an application to approve the transfer;

2. The Indonesian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources approving an
extension to the exploration period of the PSC on terms acceptable to
Andalas and various other related matters;

3. Various parties including the ABV group entering into a further agreement
("Framework Agreement") to regulate the activities of BMIC, DFP and BME
under the joint operating agreement ("JOA") and various other matters; and

4. Various procedural matters necessary to perfect the transaction.

The agreement has a longstop date of 31 December 2018."

So how is all that going considering the longstop date is 11 days away?

And let's not forget dear old Badger (looking more and more like road kill)

"By no later than 31 March 2019, advise the OGA that it either: (i) has
elected to drill one well to 3800m or 100m into the Namurian (whichever
is the shallower) and approved the necessary funding for the well
commitment; or (ii) elected to terminate the licence; "


So where are this bunch of no hopers going to magic up $20m needed to drill from by 31 Mar?

Interims due in Jan, I bet the cash burn rate has increased since SG got more cash to burn.

I can't see it being a prosperous New Year for ADL shareholders somehow.

Look at how long it took to farm out Barryroe. If anyone with money really is remotely interested in drilling Badger all they need to do is wait for the licence to expire and apply for it themselves and have 100%.


I wish ADVFN would get round to rebasing the historic shareprice data to reflect the consolidation then we could see if ADL was at an all time low - it must be very close to an all time low at 0.012 in old money to sell.

SG really does not want shareholders to know the truth about badger. I have other issues to deal with over the weekend, but I will get round to highlighting ADL's total disregard for AIM rules yet again at some stage.
