As a shareholder in RBD, this is interesting news, and again shows the potential of Colter. Colter is immediately south of Wytch Farm, the largest onshore oilfield in Europe. Colter itself was drilled and encountered oil, they are targeting the thicker updip section where there is potential for (relatively speaking) substantial accumulation. In a success case, as Colter is only a few kilometers south of Wytch Farm, it will almost certainly be sold onto WF's owners who will develop it through extended-reach drilling. So a clear exit strategy. Cash

They should release a TR1 at 3% and every 1% thereafter.. Im not sure why they released the 1st RNS then the retraction.. Lets just hope its all good in the long run..

Maybe the mistaken RNS released the other day had their target percentage as opposed to their actual percentage. If so, they're still buying.

Some rhetorical questions re Badger. Why did the former operator and 40% owner of Badger, Centrica Resources (now Spirit Energy), give away its stake to the other partners (Holywell 40% and Atlantic 20%) back in 2017? Billionaire Victor most certainly used to own Holywell, so why did he dispose of his stake to Paul Haywood. Paul can't have paid very much for it as he is not a Billionaire? Eagle filed the appointment of Alan Soulsby as director with CH 6 days after the appointment (Alan is also the director of Holywell who signs off accounts, so he is the guy doing the main work there). Why has Eagle still not filed the appointment of Gorringe with CH?

Euclid, Thanks for posting a broker note from the broker who is trying to get a placing away - always very reliable. Has Gorringe replied to your e-mail to him? He has not put out a nice simple RNS explaining things and proving TW wrong. Experience on many dog and / or fraudulent companies TW has called out over the years shows that they do not answer because he is right. When he does get it wrong companies are quick enough to correct the situation, because it is very much in their interests to do so. Some frauds answer but dig themselves a deeper hole by doing so. "The programme finished on time and on budget. The next steps for the project include the presentation to the UK OGA and for the joint venture partners to agree a forward plan under which they can progress the project." But the JV Partner said: "License P2112 (Badger field) is one coming from Atlantic Petroleum’s past and with a higher risk profile than projects being considered now (see Note 1 below). The Company is a 33% equity partner alongside Holywell, and together has invested, during this report period, into reprocessing of existing seismic data. The outcome is anticipated as being higher resolution geophysical detail and ability to better risk grade reserve structure and potential. Once this work is complete (planned for mid August) a period of specialist interpretation occurs and Atlantic Petroleum will temporarily engage its own technical expert to determine whether there is upgraded asset value and justification for involvement in physical appraisal work." So they say the programme has not finished at all and was never supposed to have finished only the first phase to provide "higher resolution geophysical detail and ability to better risk grade reserve structure and potential". There is ongoing joint funded work, which Atlantic want their own specialists involved in. Atlantic are not talking about OGA presentations and farm outs at all, but about "determine whether there is upgraded asset value and justification for involvement in physical appraisal work." Someone is clearly lying to their shareholders. On the subject of shareholders have you worked out yet how Holywell can be 100% owned by Eagle Gas Ltd, which in turn is now 75% owned by Paul Haywood and 25% by ADL and Billionaire Victor can still be a major shareholder of Holywell and therefore going to fund the appraisal well (est cost about $20m) out of lose changes he finds down the back of his sofa? If Billionaire Victor is going to fund it why are Atlantic worried about "justification for involvement in physical appraisal work." And why would Gorringe talk about setting up data rooms and farm outs in his podcast with Steffi? Once he has explained that, could he then explain why the prospective best oil resources he announced for Bungled Mess are over double what the CPR said for the same assets. Mug punters can't do basic arithmetic, Justin the Clown proved the other week he could not count down from 10. Alan Green got sucked in by DW does not even know the name of the company ADL has a stake in and the brokers will spin the figures anyway they like to get the placing away and earn their commission. So a little bit of basic research to get the right numbers and add them up right really does pay dividends.
