I know what it says patch, because unlike you I can both read and analyse. Given that ADL is desperate for the money, having larger net current liabilities on 1 Mar than they had on 31 Oct 17. The auditors made crystal clear a few days before 31 Oct 17 that ADL would go bust and indeed had a duty to put itself into administration if it could not raise money in 3 months to settle those liabilities; the placing plus death spiral does not even do that, it just stops them getting worse provided ADL do not spend any extra money to actually advance any project. It ain't ADL that is delaying the issue of the notes - trust me on that, just like I said trust me the takeover code applies. Under rule 11 why are Volantis not providing the cash in return for the notes? It is material and we should be told.

Quick question for you. When you first accused me of talking drivel, what was the share price What is it at close today and therefore what % loss has anyone who believed you rather than me incurred so far?

A multi-count indictment was unsealed yesterday, in federal court in Brooklyn, against Panayiotis Kyriacou, Arvinsingh Canaye, Adrian Baron, Linda Bullock, Matthew Green, and Aristos Aristodemou; Beaufort Securities Ltd (“Beaufort Securities”), a brokerage firm located in London, United Kingdom; Beaufort Management Services Ltd (“Beaufort Management”), an off-shore management company located in Mauritius; Loyal Bank Ltd (“Loyal Bank”), an off-shore bank with offices in Budapest, Hungary and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; and Loyal Agency and Trust Corp. (“Loyal Agency”), an off-shore management company located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The charges include conspiracy to commit securities fraud and money laundering conspiracy. Canaye was arrested yesterday and is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon before United States Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn.

Richard P. Donoghue, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, William F. Sweeney, Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, New York Field Office (FBI), and James D. Robnett, Special Agent-in-Charge, Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, New York (IRS-CI), announced the charges.

Well I promised an RNS and there is one. Not the right one and that is becoming more and more worrying. The longer it goes the more and more likely it is that the Death spiral has been pulled and ADL will follow Beaufort into administration. If the Nomad was doing her job properly the death spiral situation would have been in an RNS before now - either the bad news that it had been delayed but is going ahead with mega dilution to follow or the disastrous news that it has been pulled with administration to follow.

It will not have helped Beaufort's solvency situation that they stupidly got caught holding ADL following the placing. They can't dump right now but no doubt the administrators will be offloading anything they can as soon as they have got a grip of the situation.

I am having a great week so far. Definitely not sweating, particularly as it is still below zero outside. Looking forward to next week when there will be more new all time lows and at least 1 RNS to look forward to.

Indeed what is going on with the takeover panel? Why have the death spiral notes not been issued today? We know ADL will be absolutely gaging for the cash, as they will have burned every penny of the placing and a bit more and be in worse shape than they were at end Oct when the auditors gave them 3 months to raise money or go bust.
