So sweetie - what you are saying and is clear to all is that you haven't a clue what you are posting about - making fiction sound like fact. The reality is that ADL are executing their strategy, have huge partners on board, have supportive stakeholders who are deferring payment, have a loan company like sandersons taking an equity stake but do have a cash issue as things taking longer than they had envisaged.

I almost missed your post as it was hidden amongst so much dross from the pond life.

Yes I admit I originally underestimated just how badly screwed ADL are! What looked to be a clear sign of forward selling into the MOU ramp was just people who got caught holding by the underwater second tranche of the last placing using the spike to cut their losses.

I deeply apologise to anyone misled by my over optimistic view that ADL could raise money ahead of results and thereby avoid getting the crushingly bad emphasis of matter they did get and just getting a standard one, as they did last year.

I can't wait to see how many shares they ask for authority to issue when the AGM calling notice comes out. 5Bn minimum is my view.

The key question is: are there enough mug punters out there to take that many shares even at 0.02p? Given that there are still people, like Sandersons (Beaufort), holding massively underwater second tranche shares, even 0.02p looks optimistic. I am a born optimist, so just maybe DW will be able to mug a few more bits of pond life to keep the gravy train going a little longer. If he does not you can be sure that I will be only too happy to apologise again for my over optimism.
