It does appear that the placing is completed at 0.65p a share. There is only a quite common vote required to pass it at the EGM. The two larger trades near to the close today will have been investors who are aware of this. The shares are well sold down below the placing price.

@Noiru. Until ADL get the EGM out the way on 31st Aug all i can see is some treading water.. There may be a few speculative punts for small amounts but i cant see anything meaningful happening til then.. Hopefully dancing Dave will also have something to give us a little push in the upward direction...

ALPH - beware - directors have said that shareholders will get nothing. All assets are being sold to pay off Barclays Bank.
ADL should very slowly recover after being tripped up in full flight. An unforgiving sell down on the unexpected deeply discounted placing.

Why do they need authority for another 4Bn shares? The conditional tranche is only just over 715M. The authority expires at the AGM (there will be another resolution at the AGM for even more authority) do they think they are going to issue that many shares between now and the AGM? Sure there is a strong likelihood that the current placing will need to be re-priced resulting in a load more shares than currently announced needing to be issued, but still no where near 4Bn surely.
