So patch finally admits that he is just making up figures. Without including financing costs and assuming no project level dilution, he extrapolates wildly based on pie in the sky figures from an internal desktop study designed to suck in mug punters.

On the 8th of Aug Adl said in a Rns they had a Jv deal done.and binding so why the big drop? One billion traded ? So why the drop? ..so why the big drop ..this should be suppended..and some one invest ...what's going on here.

Just for you SK (Tom) as you clearly do not do facts - taken from 1st Feb RNS "A desktop study performed by the Company highlights the potential returns of our IPP strategy. A 25MW IPP is expected to generate, at the project level, approximately US$57 million of gross free cash flow over a 15 year project life."

A quote by the chairman Paul Warwick. And for the record I said free cash flow at a project level not ADL - I have assumed half based on the latest JV announcement.

Unless the 715m shares have already been forward sold for more than the placing price it's unlikely to go ahead now retail price is way below placing price.
Why would a client buy into an institutional placing at 0.065 in a week or two when they can get in for less now.

This can be played out in different ways.
The shares have already been forward sold.
If not the placing price will have to be reduced.
Short squeeze if new shares can't be issued and ADL refuse to drop the price.
Suspension.
