Good morning all.
Yes the price of Nickel will start to climb soon. There has been under investment is small discovery miners in the past 10/11 years,this world surprises me at times, that is why we end up with commodity cycles. I am surprised that the road has not been sorted out yet for Kun Manie.
Mad I have just got back from Cyprus. :o)

Sarah Maryssael, its global supply manager for battery metals, warned a conference that after years of underinvestment in the mining industry, materials used to make the batteries that power electric vehicles could rapidly be in short supply. That, in turn, could cause their prices to rise sharply.

Last post...A company I am working with has just commissioned a huge piece work mapping out a supply chain plan for 20 years. One variable is the likely/possible changes to road transport. Believe me more ifs and buts than vision

Giz thanks for sharing that. I am sat waiting for decent EVs at a fair price to hit the market.... the nickel supply chain is an issue and equally the battery market also needs consolidation IMO. When money flows into battery market we will see Nickel move is my bet

Nothing to worry about here.Multiple reports saying car manufacturers are worried about Nickel supply.AMC are in the perfect position.London / the City hasn't woken up yet, when they realise this is going to China and they will miss out expect fireworks

Mad, thanks for your input. Silence is deafening for sure. I suppose if AMC is in a NDA then they can't really say a lot. I would have thought that they at least would have included the 2018 drilling figures in the PFS by now !!
The TEO has to be applied for yet and if we go along the BFS route then that is 3 more years added. Yes,a partner could take AMC through to the BFS stage. I would hope that there is a straight T/O as none of us are getting any younger either.
Like you say we will just have to wait for news.
In the mean time let the deramp camp have their day. I am glad I don't have to read their tosh or filtered names,thanks to Tad.
I suppose I am missing the sun and I have to put up with this weather here.

Hi CMB, I was told by the company that Riverfort were happy to lend more but the choice was taken by AMC to borrow less to keep the BOD focussed. To me this means there is a hope of a partner coming in to help get this to BFS and could open up other funding options for the road etc. Time will tell. The silence is deafening at the moment. Frustrating to many LTH and clearly being used by the deramp camp and their unpleasant behaviour. Atb,

SOlis, yes the EV batteries need the Nickel and the LME stocks are falling every week too. But no news re the road or anything else !! We all know there is going to be demand for the stuff we have discovered at Kun Manie.
On the other hand if AMC has to go the way of BFS we are looking at a lot longer time frame and a lot more share dilution. It is all a a bit of guess work by us.
Don't forget it will take at least over three years to build the mine. We can't build the mine unless we have a road.AIMHO of course.

The only consolation I have is that RY only took $500K from River Fort. There can't be much left of that in the kitty now. That is the clue why I bought a lot more of these shares.

I know and agree this silence is not acceptable...you either do what you said ( with regards to RY words very short term ) or you don't say something like this at all...
