Totally disagree with the 'no product to sell' comments above. I am an IMJack IM user and frankly its a solid piece of kit, secure and reliable. Having seen Skype go down for 2 whole days due to complications with Microsoft + coming under increasing attack from worms and trojans - the need for a secure, enterprise class, by invitation only IM product definitely exists.

gain, for the record there are countless applications for it in any multi-site business/ organisation which places a priority on network security.

Incidentally my interest is not because I am long of this stock.....I also suspect funds will be rather low again within the near future but as I said before I am willing to learn or understand if someone can point me towards the potential or demand for the product

I doubt it is a scam as the product can be seen and money has clearly been spent and staff employed .....I suspect it is simply one of those situations where the product may work well but there simply is not a big enough demand or need for it. IMO

I am also sceptical with regards to the USP and need for their product BUT willing to learn or understand what potential there may be here...

Read back a few messages. No agenda, I just cannot see what these guys offer that is worth buying. What is the USP? I tried to see it and failed. Post a link to the text I should read and I'll provide you informed feedback.

By my calculation at current cash burn they will have run out of money by the time they post their finals in early 2008....I suspect another fundraising may be needed in the latter part of this year but I wonder who will support it if the sales are simply not coming through as planned

If another placing is required which looks likely then there is going to be huge dilution as the shares have fallen 65% from the 94p that they reached at the time of the last one.

The chart is certainly looking rather sick....Does anyone know if these products are selling anywhere ?

stop knocking the product ......sales doubled and a bit more last year !

And the business model has been changed as management think someone else will sell it better than they can do it themselves....

Big savings being made by getting rid of the US guy too but more staff still everywhere else in the company !!
