Should reach 12p by end of week and then onwards prior to mtfb clinical trials plus winning the appeal on patent infringements..oh how I look forward to seeing this in the 30 -40p in a couple of months.

OneDay - they have 12.5m of Kromek - currently 36p so £4.5m there. The rest is not so easy to value.

Current value of AMPs holding in MTFB

Following admission, Amphion owns 44.09% of Motif's issued equity in addition to a convertible loan in the amount of $3.55 million.

With MTFB currently having a MCAP of £35M (at close on 2/6/15)

AMP ownership of MTFB is currently worth £15.43M + £2.32M = £17.75M

AMP MCAP is currently = £11.3M

As I say the potential of AMP accross its porfolio is truly staggering, and with a current Mcap of £11m.. Go figure?!! Can't be long now till the market starts to realise AMP is sitting on a pot of gold

Mustn't forget the 2015 MTFB CPNs. Like the old ones they are convertible at 24.47c (15.7p). $3.5m gives about 14.3m shares at less than a third of the current price. I doubt AMP will do anything with them until next year but that is a considerable additional value. MTFB can only stop the conversion if it takes AMP above 50% - but when the time comes AMP can sell and convert etc.

In 10 momths AMP can sell their stake in Motif if they wanted, by that time it would prob be worth upwards of £100m thats without their stake in KMK, M2M, Firestar and 4 other growth stocks... and of course the potential for tens of millions in compensation from the 19 companies that infringed their IP.

For me this could be one of the stocks of 2015, 10-20 bagger very possible

Within the next 2 months Motif will start clinical trials..that's worth billions $ of revenues when successful and put to market . Dyor
