For clarity:

Following admission, Amphion owns 44.09% of Motif's issued equity in addition to a convertible loan in the amount of $3.55 million.

With MTFb currently having a MCAP of £27.9M

AMP ownership of MTFB is currently worth £12.3M + £2.32M = £14.62M

AMP MCAP is currently = £9M

DataTern.How many potential lawsuits? What would the income stream be for AMP if court settlement goes to DataTern? Are they still expecting between $500,000 to $1,000,000 plus for each licence agreement settlement?

There’s a lot out there that we’d like to get licenced. We’re only interested, really, in arriving at a fair and equitable licence agreement with the users. We’d like to make it possible for them to continue to do what they’re doing and obviously to give us a fair return on the investment we’ve made in developing these technologies."

These were all above ask at closing and I think highs of that day. I'm in. Like the Motif story but its the license cases that interest me and there is very little in the market cap for them. Motif underpins at the current market cap and that business could explode if a major partners up with them in phase 3 trials and the litigation cases could be massive if successful. no binary play here which I like
