Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), the global provider of digital TV entertainment and cloud solutions to network operators, announces that after nearly 8 years' service, Michael Bennett has notified the Board of his intention to step down from his Non-Executive Director position on 4(th) October 2017. The Nomination Committee is currently progressing with the search for a new Non-Executive Director as a replacement.
Keith Todd CBE, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Michael for his considerable contribution to the Company since joining the Board in November 2009. During this period, Amino has been transformed into a business of significant scale and with a much broader product and service offering.
