Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the global provider of media and entertainment technology solutions to network operators, announces that on 7 August 2018 Donald McGarva, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 1,666 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 180 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Donald McGarva and his PCA's are beneficially interested in 540,698 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
