26/5/2015 21:08 | I think that the size of the cash pile is masking some of the value here. If people used EV ratios, this would look much cheaper than it appears using market cap based ratios. | rcturner2
26/5/2015 18:23 | Yes, Gervais Williams strikes again. All the new shareholding has been bought for the Miton UK Microcap Trust, which is new having raised £50m in April. You can hear him talking about it at: | sharw
26/5/2015 15:30 | Looks like an assault on 140p coming along. | rcturner2
26/5/2015 13:26 | MITON increasing now over 18% | jimmygee2
20/5/2015 16:25 | Interesting - over 5% of the shares appear to have been sold today at 130p. Since the price has not moved there must be a buy order. Expect a 'Holding in Company' RNS | sharw
20/5/2015 07:14 | Nice to see AMO acquiring, a little overdue perhaps but welcome. | hastings
13/5/2015 08:28 | Looking forward to a probable trading update by 6/6/15. | rogash

09/4/2015 15:38 | This is one of a few sales I made last week although I think there is nothing wrong with the company. I feel that the wider market is due a big setback at some time so I have cashed in some profits just to be cautious. I will keep following this one though. | richjp
02/4/2015 09:27 | Thanks speed | rogash
02/4/2015 08:25 | from the Preliminary Results... Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on 2 April 2015, the final dividend of 3.85p will be payable on 24 April 2015 to shareholders on the register on 7 April 2015. The ex-dividend date is 2 April 2015. | speedsgh
02/4/2015 08:20 | Is this ex divi to-day or on the declared date 7/4/15? | rogash
25/3/2015 09:39 | Canaccord Genuity initiates/starts coverage of Amino with 171p target price:-) | hyperboreus
12/3/2015 08:05 | Well I am still here and not planning on cashing in anytime soon although I fully understand why anyone feels the need to crystalise their gain. News from the website today: | hyperboreus
09/3/2015 19:59 | Sold out today at 141p +50% in six months so can't complain. Decided not to hold due to lack of confidence in future of its products. Good luck all. | buffetteer
09/3/2015 12:54 | Very firm again today so far. If this continues, it's going to present me with a headache. Take the profit (have held since Feb 2013) or run a winner while continuing to benefit from the impressive dividend growth. Probably ought to go with the latter as it feels like their business should be kicking into growth mode after a couple of yrs of lull but it's never nice to see a paper profit evaporate + am not confident on wider markets, especially going into the election. Seeing precious little of value around at current levels which makes me nervous. Best course of action would doubtless be to turn off the monitor + come back again in 2yrs time; suspect it would make life a whole lot easier but unlikely to happen, own worst enemy + all that :o( | speedsgh
06/3/2015 11:36 | I reckon his guilty conscience got the better of him ;0) | speedsgh
06/3/2015 10:10 | I think old Don must be following this bulletin board, not such a bad bloke after all :-) | hyperboreus
05/3/2015 12:25 | :o) Yes, would expect the sales to put a lid on the price for now but, there again, price movements are rarely logical so we might be pleasantly surprised. I would love to know who has taken up the stock sold by Don & Jules. | speedsgh
05/3/2015 11:38 | I notice that N+1 Singer have upped their target price to 148p from 141p this morning for some reason. 130p still leaves Don with a bit of spending money for his duty-frees in Dubai though speedsgh :-) | hyperboreus
05/3/2015 11:30 | I know, serves them right:-) Can't be goods news for the share price in the short term I would have thought. | hyperboreus
05/3/2015 10:30 | Hyper - They only got 130p for the options they sold. Current bid 135p. They've been ripped off ;o) | speedsgh
04/3/2015 20:25 | It is called Don & Jules lining their pockets big time :-) I reckon Don has netted himself by cashing in 2/3 of his options earning approx £450k profit and similarly Jules around c£220k profit as a result of today which I think is ridiculous bearing in mind they only owned 52,200 & 33,149 shares respectively previously. ..and still plenty of generous options to cash in I am afraid at 54p & 93.5p respectively:-( I truthfully am not an envious guy as I am an entrepreneur myself and I cannot deny that the current board are doing a great job however I feel the options granted to D & J in the last few years have been lavish, particularly when you consider the exercise prices allied to their respective salaries. In addition our respective shareholdings have been diluted by over 2% as a result I think though please correct me if this or in fact any other figures are incorrect as I haven't analysed things in depth. Anyone like to comment? | hyperboreus |
