06/11/2014 09:15 | Thx Hastings. | site manager
05/11/2014 18:23 | Regardless of being acquired, AMO has plenty of potential withi it's own right.http://www.pri | hastings
05/11/2014 17:10 | Two main competitors for Amino are French, so I think it is reasonable to conclude that one at least, would probably have eyed AMO up at some point. | hastings
05/11/2014 12:27 | RCT, It`s one of the reasons I`m here. Wouldn`t be the 1st company Mr Todd has sold to a bigger player. FFA for example. | site manager
05/11/2014 11:16 | There is an interesting article in this week's Shares magazine about Pace Micro discussing the state of the set top box market and which players are doing well. One of things I took from the article is that independents (such as Amino for example) are taking market share and there also several big players who may well be looking at acquisitions. So if Amino start to do well in the USA I wonder if they could become a target especially given the low valuation? | rcturner2
04/11/2014 10:30 | B R E A K O U T ! ! ! | rarther
03/11/2014 09:46 | Full page tip in last week's IC. | rcturner2
30/10/2014 11:48 | It looks clear now that they will use at least part of the cash pile to reduce the number of shares in issue quite significantly. | rcturner2
29/10/2014 03:08 | And more buy backs... very nice. Will £1 be the lid until results, or will we see a breakthrough? Let's find out... | rarther
27/10/2014 07:18 | Another contract win. Share price returned to the mid 90s fairly quickly, pleased I added at 80p. | rcturner2

26/10/2014 08:24 | It also could just be portfolio rebalancing - Miton still hold 15.8%, which is a large position in a small cap. | masurenguy
26/10/2014 08:03 | Could be a problem because they owned 18% (although Gervais recently praised the company in an interview regaling how cheap it was ) maybe just needed to sell some for fund withdrawals . | buffetteer
21/10/2014 19:30 | They sold 1million shares around 80p | rarther
21/10/2014 19:25 | The holdings in company rns today indicates it was Miton who were behind the recent flood of liquidity, shedding 2% of the co. | rarther
20/10/2014 09:08 | I think it will return to previous range in the mid 90s until we see the actual results. Positive write up in the IC last week by Simon Thompson, although his name is mud with a lot of people at the moment after a succession of bad calls. | rcturner2
20/10/2014 09:03 | This looks like it's about to blow! | rarther
16/10/2014 17:42 | Thanks for the clarification I think it is just the state of the current market lots of weakness out there. Nothing stock specific here I think. | rcturner2
16/10/2014 16:58 | Maybe i am looking a bit too long term going back months but was trying to figure out why valuation slides on positive news, why there is so much spare liquidity in a small co and why anyone can buy a shed load under mid price. Dozens of investors entering/topping up and company proved in RNS today they are mopping up big swathes. With little or no movement so looks like a big seller moving on imho. Shroders had 22% of the co last summer and a handful of shareholder notifications later they had 12% this summer... could be them. This should be interesting as once the co buys back this seller there will be a vacuum in liquidity and price can go where it wants. | rarther
16/10/2014 13:13 | Not so bad for me, 4 up! In this market, the most important thing is to buy not sell. | rcturner2
16/10/2014 12:27 | One of only two stocks in my portfolio that is currently blue today ! | masurenguy
16/10/2014 11:26 | Schroders reduced their holding by 5% from 8.1m to 7.6m shares at the end of June. No further reported sales by them since then. | masurenguy
16/10/2014 10:11 | Most recent I can see is a reduction from above 14% to 13.88% on 30th June (reported 1st July) | cockerhoop
16/10/2014 09:37 | rarther, where do you see that Schroder are selling? | rcturner2 |
