27/10/2020 11:32 | Aminex licence extension will run out in April 2021 before the seismic and drilling can be completed for CH-1 and then you are back in the hands of the Tanzania government to grant another extension which took 2 years last time. The Tanzania government are also very slow in granting farm out approvals so you can see why the share price will drop further. | rangenoresources
27/10/2020 11:27 | This is going below 1p as predicted But what do I know? | rangenoresources
27/10/2020 10:32 | Exactly , patience required here for the mega pay out ! | jotoha2
27/10/2020 09:30 | A buyer will swoop for Aminex before a merger with another company. Remember Cove that had an 8% interest in 30TCF (2.4TCF net) and got bought out for £1B. I reckon Aminex 25% share of say 2TCF at Ntorya (500BCF) puts a value of £200m. Maybe more considering they are fully funded to production and this is onshore and not offshore. | whoppy
27/10/2020 08:51 | as things stand at the moment, there is no need for a placement, or not until at lest the Nyuni license extension and work-program is agreed with TPDC/Gov. Plus we've been told they are looking at possible (mergers/farm-downs of sorts ?) with a suitable cash-flow rich but asset poor company's to progress and mutually exploit the opportunity's the Aminex's assets offer. it will be interesting to hear how things are progressing in that direction. "After processing and interpretation of the proposed 3D seismic data, Aminex expects to identify a potential side-track and new drilling locations on both the Kiliwani North and Kiliwani South structures with the intention, on the back of drilling success, to deliver near term gas to the Songo Songo Island Gas Processing Plant ("SSIGPP")." Also, the new Songo Songo Island Gas Processing Plant, has a capacity 140 mmcfd of which only 20 mmcf is being used and that's from gas supplied by Orca, who recently signed a GSA for 20mmcfd, it would also seem the Songo Songo gas field/wells are at full capacity supplying not only the old SS gas processing plant of aprox 100 mmscfd and which is (majority owned by SONGAS ie not in the Government control), but now with a limited amount of 20mmcfd to TPDC new processing plant. hmm, i wonder, a suitable (cash-flow rich) but (asset poor) company ? to progress and mutually exploit the opportunity's that Nyuni and Kiliwani North and Kiliwani South structures offer. i see a win win win situation for all here, Orca, Aminex, and not lest the TPDC/Gov. | blackgold00
27/10/2020 08:31 | If there was to be a placing it would be at a premium to current share price | kevjones2
26/10/2020 19:06 | Now that AEX have succeeding in getting the Government to approve the Farm Out they need to focus on an outstanding payment mentioned in the September 2020 half yearly report: The Company hopes to resolve the outstanding receivables of US$7.61 million for previous gas sales from KNDL and related interest. AEX can then get on with In preparation for acquiring 3D seismic over the licenced acreage, generally comprising the shallow-water areas adjacent to Songo Songo Island, Aminex has completed, in 2019, the reprocessing of select 2D seismic data and has incorporated the results into a remapping exercise which confirmed the interpretation of compartments in Kiliwani North and the robustness of the Kiliwani South structure. In order to benefit from economies of scale, the Company plans to acquire 3D seismic over part of the Kiliwani North Development Licence and multiple leads on the adjacent Company-held Nyuni Area acreage as part of the same programme. After processing and interpretation of the proposed 3D seismic data, Aminex expects to identify a potential side-track and new drilling locations on both the Kiliwani North and Kiliwani South structures with the intention, on the back of drilling success, to deliver near term gas to the Songo Songo Island Gas Processing Plant ("SSIGPP"). | 888icb
26/10/2020 18:10 | That maybe true but I know the share price is down 14.5% today and will fall tomorrow and the subsequent days without any news flow. It's going below 1pSell up whilst you can would be my advice but hey what do I know? | rangenoresources
26/10/2020 17:40 | Blackgold, Range don't know diddly squat! | malc5
26/10/2020 15:56 | Has someone told you that the zubs want to sell AEX? | jdk14
26/10/2020 15:36 | Zubairs own 30% of Aminex and would love a buyer for it. The money they get would then go towards the FFD at Ntorya. ARA would still have 50% of the licence. Could probably buy Sciroccos 25% if they wanted. | whoppy
26/10/2020 15:23 | Why would AEX get bought out - it is now ARA's listed vehicle! | jdk14
26/10/2020 14:52 | Have you seen how big the gas field is at Ruvuma? On current sp, I would not be surprised if Aminex get bought out. No funding needed. All anyone has to do is sit back and enjoy the free carry of $140m while ARA do all the work until the gas is flowing. Will be worth multiples. | whoppy
26/10/2020 14:51 | Solo oil or Scirocco is down 7.5% as wellLooks like investors are jumping ship | rangenoresources
26/10/2020 13:41 | 1.10 breachedNext stop 1pCould even be tomorrow the way things are going. | rangenoresources
26/10/2020 10:00 | Range, do you know, can MMs see sell stop orders ? | blackgold00
26/10/2020 09:47 | i bet there's a few (Sell-Stop Orders) below 1.10. Can they be seen by MM ? I suppose some traders haven't a clue what they buy, they just go with the flow, and then become easy pray for them in the know. they're not having mine, not yet at lest, not before the big news. my brackets "APT, as the new operator of the Ruvuma PSA, intends to call an Operating Committee Meeting (OCM) (shortly), where it is expected that they will formally present their programme and schedule for the drilling of the Chikumbi-1 well" | blackgold00
26/10/2020 09:46 | Make that over 6m of sells now and no extra buying | rangenoresources
26/10/2020 09:45 | 10.7% down Looks like dump is happening Over 4m sells and pathetic 76000 of buysIt's got a placing written all over it. | rangenoresources
26/10/2020 09:04 | I see the usual suspects are up early ramping this share with wild claimsTo compare Aminex with a company who is working on COVID products is pretty poor taste and shows the lengths some will go to try and influence how people invest for their own agenda.Buyers beware | rangenoresources
26/10/2020 09:02 | Sells of 500,000 shares going through is someone baling out?? | 7767
26/10/2020 08:34 | Of course nothing is for sure , who would of thought a dinky rinky minow making testing kits would of produced £1 million in profit from a £10,000 investment in the year of covid 19, that is the market so unpredictable . | jotoha2
26/10/2020 08:00 | Don't forget jotoha2 that we operate in Tanzania. There may be further delays, the price we get for the gas might be set lower, the government might be a poor payer - lots of things can still take the shine off the situation. 10, 20 bagger perhaps but it is NOT for sure. | jdk14
26/10/2020 07:38 | jdk14 , do a bit of proper research and you to will be impressed with the opportunity that lies ahead here , we have a new team backed up by cash who are not farting around here , this will be a £600m mkt cap company within 18 months , enjoy. | jotoha2 |
