I found the remark that part of the justification for starting dividends was that they are now getting paid regularly, and have since 2017, encouraging for AEX once Ruvuma production gets started

Malcy beliefs this could be another SQZ , not quite sure how he has arrived at that conclusion , but will take a chunk when it gets to 1/2 p

This is going the same way as Range Resources. Be careful of Malcy’s blog and those who post endorsing him

Doubt there's only 3 weeks to go on the wait. My guess is maybe October once they get the larger PSA's sorted out.

Malcy strikes again. Perhaps Gordon Bowden needs to investigate him and those who posts in support of his blogs

Investors would be well advised to challenge the Company on it's premium market listing and ask how much has it cost over the decades. Mind you the Directors haven't spent their own cash on it have they?

I don't really see AIM being any benefit, so why not delist and save all costs. Especially as so much free cash flow from operations and farm-outs is due to fund the Company going forward.

TIDMAEXRNS Number : 7047DAminex PLC27 June 201927 June 2019Aminex plc("Aminex" or "the Company")CHANGES TO LISTING STATUSAt the Annual General Meeting held on 12 June 2019, the shareholders of Aminex approved the proposed transfer of the Company's equity share listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") from the Premium listing segment into the Standard listing segment (the "Transfer") as described in further detail in the circular to shareholders dated 17 May 2019 (the "Circular"). Accordingly, the Company has now applied to the FCA to effect the Transfer on 26 July 2019.In addition, in line with the stated intention set out in the Circular, the board of the Company has now assessed the cancellation of the Irish Listing and has applied to cancel the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the official list of Euronext Dublin and cancel admission to trading on its regulated market for listed securities (the "Irish Delisting"). The board of the Company believes that the Irish Delisting is necessary to secure the appropriate flexibility afforded by the transfer to the Standard listing segment in London. The Irish Delisting is not subject to the approval of shareholders of Aminex and is expected to take effect on 25 July 2019.ENDS

jotoha2, "has anyone any info on license dates ?"

back in March the current (farm-out long stop date) was extended to the 31 July 2019, so I guess the company was/is hoping or expecting for the Mtwara PSA licence to have been issued by then? But hay, we've been waiting for over a year now and with two extensions to the long stop date, so who knows, as it would seem we are still waiting on the Attorney General to now complete the "financial and economic modeling used in PSAs to determine the best for the country".

Clearly they are being allocated on the wrong side , I wonder why that would be , tried a dummy trade today of 3 million and was offered 0.83 , so lots of stock available at the moment , has anyone any info on license dates ?
