Not only no predators but no placing, no farm -out and hence not even any drilling without licenses and dev license approval.... and as Dunder says the ARA purchase of 29.9% effectively put paid to any takeover of AEX and if that wasn't enough any Zubair farm-out of Ruvuma would certainly remove all possibility; the Zubair Group would effectively control the asset.....

Assuming of course the License is eventually extended and there remains an asset there to control ;0)

O/T, CP I hate to say this - more by luck than judgement - I've done quite well (from my investment perspective) out of Trin placement. I had already allocated a certain amount of money looking to buy in at say 20p (being mean) and would have probably got caught up with the emotion of it and paid up to 21p if the price weakened appropriately.

Then bang, completely out of the blue this came up and I was able to average down to 16.2p when I would have been happy with an average price of 20p however am very aware how this has upset a lot of other PI's, so do genuinely feel 'bad' for them.
From my biased perspective and after analysing the position b4 and after I see this as excellent strategy and could not understand (anyway) why the price weakened down to what, 15.75 ask?
All imho and dyor of course.

bg, they're aren't any predators mate or certainly will not be, without any proven reserves hence the drilling!
Please (anyone) don't quote CPR's lol!!
Even with proven reserves the company structure the mgt have chosen (ahem) to set up put paid to that!
All imho and last words on the subject, as it's bloody boring for me and equally boring for the 'others' who also feel they have to reply and justify their respective positions!!

But, yes, this is clearly a major factor:

why spend $millions on Ntrya-3/C-1 drilling and EPS development, before TPDC are ready and need to take the gas?

If TPDC needed gas now things would be working on a very different timescale.

Maybe dudnder then everyone seems to have different expectations, some might be disappointed, others not and as for the drill delay, might turn out to be a very prudent move and bargaining chip, have to wait and see.

Good news indeed on WC and a great example of victory on a knife edge. As for Trin, nasty surprise placing that, but recovery looks good so far. Good luck!

You're right CP but my 'experience' tells me it aint going to be as good as 'everyone' thinks.
Simply put these guys should have been drilling and they mucked that up.
Anyways, it's not too long till meeting and I simply do not have the energy to dedicate to AEX whilst Engerland are still in WC!!!
I do like Trin though, I do me, so been really interesting watching that lately which has got my 'attention' at the moment as well.

Sunk? just in submarine mode, till a result on the farmout and licence is RNS'd it's all just IMO's and gas till then. IMO, DYOR, etc etc.
