29/1/2018 20:08 | m0rris Looks like the chardonnay is repeating on you - I say it looks like the chardonnay is repeating on you! On a serious note, what are your sources for such an assertion as it chimes with a lot of people's views or is it just guessing? Thanks in advance of your answer! LT | last throw

28/1/2018 13:24 | Guys all this talk about CPR is absolutely ridiculous and unfortunately from my perspective if what I read in these Bb's is true (ie that the cpr was almost an 'afterthought' with regard to evaluation / project submission plan) then 1000000% a new cpr should have been submitted with this, regardless of the statutory requirements, so as to lend independence to the commerciality of the proposal!! If indeed what has been posted on the bbs is correct (and that's a massive IF) then I am aghast at this level of ('management') ignorance. You don't just magic up a cpr! It is a specialist complicated (relatively expensive!) document to produce! If indeed it was an afterthought (which I do not think it was) this is the last of our 'worries' as shareholders lol, we've got to be wondering about the management team in a totally different light lol! All of the above imho and no investment advice intended!! | dunderheed
28/1/2018 12:23 | yes Peter i think you'r right, probably not much to do with the new parliamentary committee madate, and yes CPR is needed. regards the Swala deal, i do get the feeling that historically there has not been to much trust built up between Orca/PAE and the TPDC, it will be interesting to see the outcome. | blackgold00
28/1/2018 11:42 | BG,The article linked to about Swala is about need for govt inspection of the deal in the context of the existing PSA. Not that surprising, and I'm not sure that has much to do with the parliamentary committee. I agree that the context may slow down govt approval, but I also think that final approval may need the CPR, which as far as we know is not currently complete.Peter | greyingsurfer
28/1/2018 10:24 | i don't think the Tanzy Authority are yet in a position to grant the Ruvuma licence extensions or the 25 year development licence, that is until, they have received the recommendations from the recently set up parliamentary committee, whose mandate was to recommend to the Government changes to be made to the gas oil sector, to boost the country's earnings. obviously to do so would be seen as undermining there democratic process. So hopefully, as the teem is due to hand over their recommendation's by Feb we might expect (if all is well) the granting of the licences soon after. a week or two from now? | blackgold00
27/1/2018 05:59 | Some good news for Tanzania | sleuthtoo
26/1/2018 17:47 | www.valuethemarkets. Nice write-up but nothing new, except this maybe " Firstly, the company has commissioned an independent evaluation report covering all of its Tanzanian resources, which is on track to be completed early this year." Early this year - I thought it was 'soon'.... | shabbadabbadoo2
26/1/2018 12:08 | I was just thinking the same yesterday about being close to Feb now, that's another month gone and no decent news. It's so boring I almost forgot I was invested here. The share price has been flat for months and they are yet to deliver on the things they promised. | kryptonsnake
26/1/2018 12:03 | I seriously wonder if this company will ever deliver. Now almost Feb and still no sign of any news. What happened to our drilling program? Do we even still have Nyuni acreage? I’ve lost track of when and how many extensions we got. | slepy
23/1/2018 03:09 | Unlikely, they don't use pennies. | glavey
22/1/2018 13:28 | Eventually the politicians in Tanz will get jealous of their counterparts in Mozambique driving brand new Mercs. Maybe then the penny will drop. | shabbadabbadoo2
