Amigo should have done what Philip Green did when he bought BHS.

Philip said to the suppliers he would pay them 100% what they were owned but they would have no more business with BHS.
But if they were reasonable then they would get future business.

Amigo should have started a 29.9% loan facility which would have been available to existing borrowers who had no intention of complaining.

Those who complained may have had success with their claim...
...but they would be denied any future loan facility with Amigo !

I also think some proper buying will resume soon. Profits had to be taken first.

They both will get chance to vote otherwise it would be like when Cameron called the Brexit In/Out vote and we lost due to bulk of the population voting something they didn't actually understand at the time

Im sure the guarantor has a vote. Read the guidelines again to confirm.

Agree but is it not the guarantor that votes, it certainly should be, the loanee hasn't the credibility to get a loan so why should they suddenly become credible for the vote.

Yes spot on but to be fair to CI's point below, we are probably not talking to savvy banking customers... no offense to any Amigo customer but I suspect they have a large segment of The Sun type readers looking at the 9.99 Butlins holidays (again I stress no offense)

The vote is a certainty surely, vote yes and be paid, vote no and don't get paid, or am I missing something

Yeah, I did see the Tweet. Cheers though.Any delay is pounced on by the deramp/shorter crews, so for once I'd have liked to have seen the RNS land on time. PR/Walbrook not been the best.Anyway, back on topic. Bit disappointed we didn't pierce 20p today, but agree that this will build up past 20p over the coming day/weeks at the very least.
