Ireland, which is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland under MiFID
II, and which provides discretionary portfolio management services to
institutional investors. On the 23rd July 2018, it sold its entire position
in Amiad Water Systems Ltd on behalf of the shareholders listed in this
form and as a result no longer holds any shares in the issuer.
