Exactly that smithy - the bit will do the talking and this programme whilst delayed for a number of reasons (many out of our control) has clear intent and echos of the 2011-2013 campaign. There remain rich pickings in Plat and Put to be fully exploited.

FWIW I think AMER are in better shape with their cash balances, cash generation, asset base and operational assets (OBA) etc than any time I can remember! Crazy valuation IMHO.

That may be the case, but its effect on Amerisur won't be the same as it has been. It already looks as though some have been mindful of not putting up the share price whilst picking up very cheap shares.

With 30million shares every disposal now means less and less to Amerisur.

In my opinion October 2018 will be the real turn, as news can't be held back forever, the OBA up and running at 9,000bopd, CPO-5 and drilling, and where then news might just have a better effect on the share price with the onlookers deciding to jump in, especially if its known others have been at the feeding trough unannounced.

Even if RH is drip feeding shares, which is what looks to have happened, knowing others have been picking up shares unannounced might just send other big players to push the buy button and every bit of good from now on might be just the catalyst.

anyone got the previous list of major holders, I am finding it difficult to understand how Legal & Gen have added circa 20M as has been reported elsewhere. I would like to confirm if poss.

No, the only thing you are missing is that the above relates to how it is now. It could double that.

It would not surprise me if Giles and Co. have an exit strategy once RH is off the scene and with extra reserves and production, then we will see the magic £1 imo.

He's not getting younger, he's mentioned selling out but no way he would do it before we are out of the doldrums

I read average PE's in our sector are 25????? Which implies an share price of c.35-40p just based on current profits.Or am I missing something?
