With Plat-22, for example, they gave details of the three different oil bearing stratas identified when anouncing having reached target depth. About twenty days later JW gave the bopd production figure along with a revised estmate of recoverable reserves for Pad 2N.
So basically they are able to define and announce what's there quite quickly - even if it is custard...

I think they know how much is in there, they just need to confirm that it's oil and not custard

In a previous RNS, it was stated that the Pintadillo-1 well will be drilled and logged within a month. Last Friday's RNS indicates that the drilling is likely to be finished by next week. Then there is the logging. But when will we get a clear estimate of the amount of oil (if found) that the well holds?

I dont understand, there has been no mention of our CPO5 block in the last two
operational updates. ONGC, on the face of it seem to think that the next three wells there are a given success. All this infrastructure being assembled and we havent even started drilling, or have we?? Mariposa 1 was expected to have further perforation of additional zones,within 4 weeks, that was back on the 9 May update, since then hardly a word. So its 4 months since any meaningful news out of the Llanos, confused muchly!!

While Rex is in the background it will take something special to make this zoom we need good news on the drill front plus a lot bigger increase on output we are nothing like the 7000 we were promised investers remember these things and I can't see many jumping in just yet.

It took only 1 week for Plat-22 to move from 5k ft to results - so Pintadillo-1 results may well follow soon - hopefully 10 days or so.

Production from Plat-22 only slightly up. Implied production from Mariposa-1 and from rest of Plat field broadly stable.

I bet the Siona tribe numbers have miraculously gone back down, and a new tribe appears elsewhere.
