09/8/2017 08:21 | What is the transport cost from cpo-5? | dodge meister
09/8/2017 08:12 | I have a feeling we might be hearing the OBA throughput volume increase next....what do u think the new figure will be? 10,000 bopd, 15,000 bopd, 20,000 bopd?? | laptop15
09/8/2017 08:09 | Only fool or a desperate person would be selling at the moment....now is certainly the time to buy and accumulate!! Be interesting if the GSA shorters get cold feet some and buy out there short?? Think they have about 12 million shares....so if some hefty buys roll in it will be them closing out there short at a profit. Or if they wait they might not be in any profit. | laptop15
09/8/2017 08:04 | Charlie. The information in the May RNS was about the result prior to long term testing, so the choke sizes and psi there may change. The nature of long term testing is that choke sizes are adjusted, and tests on wellhead pressure etc. etc., which is why I would like to know the PSI, choke being used on the test, but even that changes, which is the point of long term testing. Really looks positive | foiledagain
09/8/2017 08:02 | so, will this excellent news be reflected in the shareprice? if not, why not? | currypasty
09/8/2017 08:00 | Worth repeating! "Indicating strong further production potential" approximately 4,601 barrels of oil per day of 40.8 degree API oil with a water cut of 0.35% and 348psi flowing wellhead pressure over a 40/64" choke and indicated strong further production potential. | moneylender
09/8/2017 07:45 | 4600 opd, from only 12 feet of a 120 foot oil column!! What's not to like? | moneylender
09/8/2017 07:32 | Finally some great news confirmed! This share should not be at its current level at all, If Amer start hitting targets that will be the biggest way to turn this around, expecting to see 20p today on the back of this news or there or there abouts. | gtfcniles
09/8/2017 07:20 | 2nd Half production expected....looks like AMER will smash there target of 7000 bopd easily.....could it be 8000, 9000, 10000 lets see it certainly makes sire that AMER have an excellent finish to the year! | laptop15
09/8/2017 07:17 | 30% of a massive gusher, nice news indeed. | broncowarrior
09/8/2017 07:17 | Agreed these share were over 25p when oil was around $50. Strong Buy imo | seball
09/8/2017 07:15 | Very good news confirmed alright....ridicousl | laptop15
09/8/2017 07:08 | Ok news confirmed. I'm exicied about the potential of this discovery as this block could exceed 35,000 bopd easily imo. Takeover hungry majors must be looking at Amerisur. Good luck all | seball
09/8/2017 05:54 | Westie. I believe the regulator must be made aware of our concerns, things here just don't stack up. An EGM is what is needed to clarify these questions. It feels like the company is being manipulated for a cheap sell. | dayway123
08/8/2017 22:44 | Hopefully we wont be taken over Pop, like you said, some of us have been here a long long time and it would be tough to be sold out on at this stage.... I hear you are in Baku with the Irish mob.. Pics look fun!! | cargton
08/8/2017 21:48 | Well let us see how Clarke etc. word their next RNS. If in a negative tone then we should go along with Eddie's post above and ''officially voice our concerns with AIM regulators'' as clearly and in Foiled Again's post above ''Time for a statement by the BOD or face an EGM'' and his last para ---------> Poor communication, hiding bad news (issue with production from previously shut in wells only announced after remedial work had been carried out to rectify the issue). No clear guidance on shut in production. Complete shutdown of production for two weeks not RNS'ed until resolved while share price declined over 20%. And Coastie's post ---------- coastie 8 Aug '17 - 15:49 - 3075 of 3085 0 0 I wonder who it is who is selling at multi year (5+) lows in the share price when the issues with the temporary shutdown have been resolved, Something clearly wrong here and Clarke knows what is wrong imo His four listed AIM companies are all underwater by c 50% since March this year. Not something of an achievement imv and all imo and others should DYOR. | westmoreland lad
08/8/2017 21:48 | We've had some good buying today ,but there's always a seller to match ,and this has been the situation for months ,,games being played ! | trotting12
08/8/2017 21:45 | "Foiled Again 8 Aug '17 - 13:05 - 3055 of 3085 2 0 Test production is not final production, but it represents a really good result. Be interesting to know the choke and psi" All the information was contained in the end of May RNS. "The 7" production liner was successfully run and cemented in Mariposa-1, the exploration well drilled in the north-western part of the CPO-5 block. An interval of 12 feet at the top of the 120 feet of net pay logged in the L3 sandstone was perforated in order to perform a short-term test with a drill-stem-test temporary string. The well was tested in natural flow over a variety of choke sizes, together with appropriate closed-in pressure build up periods to ascertain reservoir parameters. The natural controlled flow rate recorded was approximately 4,601 barrels of oil per day of 40.8 degree API oil with a water cut of 0.35% and 348psi flowing wellhead pressure over a 40/64" choke. The well has now been closed in pending interpretation of the short term test data. John Wardle, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "This is a very promising initial short term test of Mariposa-1, the high wellhead pressure during the final flow period indicates strong further production potential. The Company is now considering the results of the test together with our partner to confirm plans for a potential long term test, the potential for further appraisal wells on this structure and the potential to declare the well a discovery under the terms of the CPO-5 Exploration and Production Contract held with the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos." Lucy's great find the other day confirmed that long term plans have been made and the first step, getting a contractor to set up the infrastructure is under way. Nothing in the volumes over the last period have suggested major disposals: the selling could well be T traders seeing potential, but running out of time. | charlieeee
08/8/2017 19:11 | 30p is no good to me as I've been here at 60p | eddie_yates
08/8/2017 19:10 | Hear hear FoiledAgain. Is it not possible to officially voice our concerns with AIM regulators?? | eddie_yates
08/8/2017 18:44 | 30p minimum takeover price.imo | seball
08/8/2017 18:42 | Good luck with that | lucyp00p
08/8/2017 18:30 | Time for a statement by the BOD. As others have stated previously there is nothing stopping the BOD advising that either they know of no reason etc or advising as to who is seller as something is wrong here. It's either the board know there is a seller and leave us in the dark or else another agenda at play but we need to know as otherwise the MBO or cheap takeover looks very plausible. | foiledagain |
