"The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract outlines the full range of A-E services"

"services at multiple locations to be determined by individual needs. "

It sounds more like a day works contract

but just qualifying for it may lead somewhere

That's very civil of you, Phil. I don't take much note of brokers' targets, but a 50%+ upside on my average purchase price would be very nice. In the meantime, I'll watch this yoyo....and enjoy the divis too.

The Company confirms that 2015 trading results are in line with expectations. The full year audited results will be announced on 10 March 2016. Trading for 2016 has started in line with expectations.

The refinancing of the Company's credit facilities is progressing to plan.

Samir Brikho said: "It has been a privilege to lead Amec Foster Wheeler at a time of huge change in the global energy and commodities market. My aim has always been to help to create a leading integrated global service company capable of meeting our customer demands. I am so appreciative of the unstinting work and support of the 40,000 colleagues who all contribute to Amec Foster Wheeler's success."

I'd say it's unlikely AMFW will cut its div again within the next 2 years. I would have thought that when they made their recent cut they were taking the worse case scenario. AMFW/AMEC have been a pretty successfully run company over many years, so one would have to assume the current management would have really lost it rather than lower oil prices for another div cut to follow so soon. Of course if the oil price continues to plummet down to the lower $20s or worse then all bets are off and not just for AMFW.

Meanwhile Societe Generale issued a 'buy' note last Thursday.

clearly bitten off more than they can chew in the circumstances.

waiting to hear about further "restructuring" possibly inside FW.

probably say bye bye to any future dividend for some years.

GaryI thought the new forward yield was approx 30p hence my calculations suggesting a yield of 7.5%Whatever it is, the performance of the last two days is encouraging.

Gateside,

Divi going forward is about 21.5p pa and so yield is down to just below 5% at current levels.

Even with the divi cut in half, they have a yield of 7.5% with a PE of approx 6.

I think the Market has cottoned on how over sold this is.

Nice gap on the chart waiting to be filled between 600p to 700p
