True, but if they need to find over $50m for the next phase they can't do that with bonds and loans unless our SP is significantly higher. In the event of default, bonds rank higher than shares, so I doubt the family will opt for many bond issues. The most likely next corporate action in my opinion will be a merger or takeover.

I asked the CEO of another listed company why they didn't do more PR or a broker note, and he said they wouldn't do that until they had reason to. PR is usually to try and raise the SP, often in anticipation of a fund raise, or, to fence off an unwanted approach by another company, ie a hostile takeover. When ALTN start to do more PR it will be because they have a plan which requires a higher public profile.
