20/10/2020 09:17 | Well if they need to raise another £10M say to speed up expansion that's fine by me, as long as it's at increasingly higher prices, supported by increasing production. That's a "positive" cash raising rather than a "keep the lights on" cash raising! | cyberbub
20/10/2020 09:02 | There will be no liquidity with shares on issue of 27m ish. Why do that and choose so low a number is the question. Institutional raise in due course based on improving numbers imo | bo doodak
20/10/2020 09:02 | The only reason I could see for Ek's claim that the family want to hammer the share price is if they wanted to take it private as cheaply as possible. But I don't think their actions recently support that theory? | cyberbub
20/10/2020 08:58 | Was that a storm in Ekuuleus's tea cup ? | onedayrodders
20/10/2020 08:42 | I think this move enables the payment of dividends a little further down the track. | excellance
20/10/2020 08:41 | AND DIVIDENDS | excellance
20/10/2020 08:40 | Storm in a teacup.. I have no concerns. Looking forward to increasing production and profits.. | mikro1
20/10/2020 08:36 | It's just a continuation of the strategy outlined in this RNS: | sclper
20/10/2020 08:35 | Great opportunity to add in the first 10 minutes..... | tightfist
20/10/2020 08:31 | It'll be forgotten when we see Q3 numbers. Anyway, sometimes consolidation and rebranding works well. | excellance
20/10/2020 08:29 | Market cap is what counts. The consolidation is really a marketing exercise to give the impression it is not a penny stock. Ties in with the fact that it has a full LSE listing rather than on AIM | sclper
20/10/2020 08:29 | Cyber I guess markets are irrational and it is all about the psychology. People can envisage a 5-10 bagger to 20p but not so easily to £20 per share. If required perhaps a 10:1 more reasonable given expansion plans. I do think this is a prelude to expediting TS expansion by getting more institutions on board in the form of future equity raises. If done well then this may be no bad thing and as others have said it is not in the family's interest to hurt their own investment. | sloppyg
20/10/2020 08:27 | Nice to see a brand new poster hit the thread with multiple negative comments. | onedayrodders
20/10/2020 08:26 | Ekuuleus, Excellent! Tea solves everything! | jc2706
20/10/2020 08:23 | I don't have a problem with a consolidation, but usually they coincide with other corporate action like a rights issue or placing for example. They haven't done any rights issue or placing. It isn't incompetent to round off the numbers, more overly meticulous and unnecessary. The share price is so low because of past dilution, and we are now generating a lot of cash and are now profitable, so why worry about further dilution? Great opportunity to add today. | excellance
20/10/2020 08:20 | I'm having a cup of tea. | ekuuleus
20/10/2020 08:19 | I can never understand why consolidations seem to always cause a selloff. They make zero difference to the market cap. Total irrationality. | cyberbub
20/10/2020 08:19 | Consolidations tend to be initially bad for companies dominated by a PI base as the target is more usually institutions. I think that this is a signal that the company is targeting a more institutional base rather than there being any other ulterior motive. | jc2706
20/10/2020 08:15 | So, the family with 70% of the shares and having invested $50 million + deliberately wish to see this happen...? Why? Having borrowed $27 million in the last 12 months to invest in the mine, they are doing this to negatively impact the share price, why? | highly geared
20/10/2020 08:12 | To put it another way, at 2p it can fall 1.5p worst case scenario, at 200p work it out, share consolidations vary rarely benefit private investors in my opinion | sharekitchen1974
20/10/2020 08:11 | Ekuuleus, I think you may need a nice cup of tea! | jc2706
20/10/2020 08:11 | Ekuuleus, why? | highly geared
20/10/2020 08:10 | Because people generally react negatively to consolidation and it becomes a self fulfilling process. | jc2706
20/10/2020 08:08 | Good chance to top up i say if it falls further. | avsome1968
20/10/2020 08:08 | 'The family own 70% so I cannot see them wanting to deliberately trash the share price....' ... I can. | ekuuleus |
