Altus Strategies Plc (AIM: ALS, TSX-V: ALTS, OTCQX: ALTUF ) announces that in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights is 80,384,269 Ordinary Shares of five pence par value each .
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 80,384,269 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
