Withdrawal of Change of Name Resolution
Further to the announcement on 2 October 2018, Altona (AIM:ANR) announces that the Company has withdrawn resolution 5 as set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 2 October 2018 (the "Notice") to change the Company's name to Sustainable Energy Group plc. The remaining resolutions as set out in the Notice will be put to shareholders at the General Meeting.
The withdrawal of resolution 5 does not affect the validity of the proxy form circulated to shareholders or any proxy votes already submitted.
