The coal will have substantial value if they can prove it up and prices remain as bullish as they are. cpap, agree lets hope they can be trusted?. That last rns wtf?, seriously. Is this a convenient ploy?. Lost trust with the last bod.

My view is that the directors need to focus on developing the business instead of playing games of "monopoly" with the shares.

ANR could well be a TAKE OVER target now or as i have already stated the ANR directors will just try and grab ANR as cheap as possible. My advice is TO VOTE DOWN THE RESOULTIONS as ANR have well over 100 MILLION TONNES OF THERMAL COAL in Australia with the Chinese market on it's door step!

Yep, said I was out and am but always keep watching & always interested, still learning after 20 years of investing. Siesmick, agree and prices always going up long term, even with more finds & successful realisation, mind sets globally always changing so ups and downs but a resource is a resource, can't see requirement for resources such as this to diminish any time soon. The only reason I'm out is due to the % decrease, my boots are filled with high volume low value, high risk trades, these won't be so risky or so high volume in time and after consol... so not my bag any more. Good luck to all though, fill ya boots....

Yeah someones hungry £21k buy, makes sense to consolidate at 0.5p (last director buys) or around this level or not at all gets my vote. If you believe 100m tonnes of thermal coal will be proved up then this will be a bargain imo if prices remain high/ currently at 9 year highs I think. gla.

someone took 10m buy at full offer 0.21p at the close, then again it has fallen from 0.75p to this disaster since NL took over!.

union, droll as ever. remember me? blast from the past! hope the passing years have been good to you. been following this through the years, but closely since lyth seemed to have the answer - find the coal, dig it out, sell it - simples! for a small company with limited cash that approach made a lot of (common)sense to me compared to the billion dollar type projects being considered previously. the cash injection in oct 2017 at 0.05p did concern me with a potential 420m share overhang and the subsequent nov 2017 placing at 0.5p was not enough to reassure me. nonetheless given the new sensible strategy and the assured funding from partners it seemed attractive and i came in. by luck it was in a small way because funds committed elsewhere. subsequently i definitely did not like when thet went off-point and started all the talk about pyrolysis and stuff like that - oh no! here we go again i thought, lost sight of the clear simple strategy and where would the money come from for these new undertakings??? and now this rns. hated it. yuk. and now i'm down 50% already. would normally be looking for signs of sense from the management to buy more and average down, but its become uninvestable for me now. i'm sure you have a better handle on it, what are your thoughts?

Been buying and selling these for some time, dumped my load first thing this morning :/ but MM wouldn't take instructions at the price so took nearly and hour to off load. Staying well away from these from now on. As some of the others have said, it's a money train for the Directors and IMO only going in one direction with the consolidation even if there was a BO, you have no control on what will happen due to existing capitol holdings. If you do the numbers at x1000 ps then whatever you hold now or buy in the foreseeable your % chance of increase returns is minimal at new price & at best, and then if the shares are messed with again it can only get worse IMO Glad I got out early this morn.

Rinse repeat, rinse repeat - just keep that gravy train rolling! But hey, even I was suckered in to taking a punt on the forecast August drill schedule Lyth, Sutherland...who are these characters? No better than the last mob and just the latest AIM scammers!

And then the new BOD can start the whole '100k wages for nothing' process all over again. Who'd have thought it...

Exactly NR so why bloody bother, like the last lot they have added f all value despite talking the 'potential' forever. Sound familiar. I / expect most here have always thought Arckaringa must surely hold some commercial value, but nobody can deliver it!. They were supposed to drill august but here we are in October with no f'ing clue when this will happen!. Same old story.

Been in this dog circa 10 years. Got out for good early this Morning. Consolidation will see further falls. Seen it So many times. Directors just taking wages for nothing. Placing after placing after placing.

1 for 1000 consolidation would be a share price of 200p from .2p. Makes no difference from a mkt cap point of view, the company still needs to create some shareholder value rather than drain it.

yasX 10 Nov '17 - 21:23 - 18612 of 18889 Edit Well, if the Board deemed it fair to value to sell 30% of the Co. for £200k a couple of weeks ago then what makes investors think it is suddenly reasonable to consider it is now weeks later undervalued at approx £10 million? Do you not see how absurd the current m/c is?

Well, I did around a year ago point out the obvious to readers both here and on LSE, but, they bombarded with a cannonade of profanities. I resist engaging in schadenfreude, but, on this occasion, glad they got what they deserved. The simple question ot have considered at that point (as I suggested to them) was as follows: If a chinese outfit is willing to pay tens of millions for a stake in an asset owned by ANR, why around the same time as contributors were indicating this, did ANR give away around a third of the Co for 200k to two investors? The answer was a simple one - there was never any real prospect of receiving the aforementioned magnitude of funds from any chinese investor. Hope the novice mugs do absorb a lesson from this.
